After Matt left I was at home by myself screaming, he said he was going to propose! I would obviously say yes, I mean who wouldn't?! I went to bed smiling because of what Matt said and the good night text from him.

I rolled out of bed, took a shower, got ready and then got into my car and drove to school ( their seniors )
I see Matt as I'm walking down the hall, he runs up to you to hug you.

It feels like I haven't talked to Sarah in forever last time I knew she was dating Kian but she just kissed Matt. I can't keep up with her, I'm going to talk to her.

Hey. I'm so sorry I haven't talked to you in a long time, I have to tell you a lot of stuff that happened.. She says

*Sarah's pov*
You come home feeling really sick but you think nothing of it, you lay down and watch netflix when you get a text from Matt. " I'll be there in 5 "
I felt like crap so I just fixed my hair and sat on the couch/played on my phone until he got there.
"IM HERE" Matt yells
( you open the door )
He picks you up and Carries you carefully up to the bedroom where he kisses you and sits you down on the bed where goes down onto one knee.
Matt: will you marry Me?
Sarah: omg! Yes I say trying not to burst into happy tears.
Matt: love you princess!
Sarah: we're going to be the perfect family! & ilysm2

I wake up with matts arms around me remembering that I'm engaged.

I feel Sarah get up so I release my arms around her and get up to make sure she's ok.
Hey babe, my medicine is making me feel really weird.. I think I need to go to the hospital. She says

Doctor: we changed your medicine. Your fine & the baby, just take care of your self now.
