Alexys POV
After seeing Michael with that woman I knew I made a mistake. I made the mistake of ever getting involved with him. I'm so stupid.
I'm packing a small suitcase. I can't be in the same house as him. I'm staying at a hotel. I need to get away from all this bullshit I call life.
I drag my suitcase to my car and place it in the trunk. I drive off to the nearest hotel.
I park and I place my glasses on so no one would have to see my terrible eyes. I look like a hot mess.
I speak to the receptionist and I get a decent room for 5 days. I take my key and make my way to my room.
I open it and close the door. I collapse on the bed. I never felt so bad. My phone was ringing non stop so I put it on vibrate and put it in the closet.
I called room service and asked for some movies, a lot of ice cream, and some tissues.
As the blonde lady delivered the items she looked at me with pity.
"Bad break up huh?" She asked.
"Yea something like that." I say.
"Well I hope things get better for you." She says as she walks away.
"Me too." I mumble to myself closing the door.
I watched Titanic and ate ice cream.
Eventually I fell asleep.
*Next morning*
I do my morning routine and dress in sweats and a tank top.
I go into the closet and get my phone. I had 17 missed calls from Michael and 2 from Jake. Oh and 1 message from Jake too.
I read the text and it said that we should hang out tomorrow which would mean today.
I decide to call him. After 3 rings he picks up.
"Hey Lex" he says sounding happy.
"Hi" I say simply
"What's wrong?" He asked clearly noticing the sadness in my voice.
"I found Michael in a bar making out with some girl. I might of slapped him but when does that give him the right to go out and mess with some stupid whore." I say.
"I'm sorry to hear that Lex. But your 100 percent right. He didn't have to go out and do that."
I stay silent.
"So where are you now?" He asked.
"A hotel?" I say
"Well you seem to need company so I can either come there or you can come by my house." he offers.
"That would be nice I'll be there in a little bit."
