Yoshiro and his other friends are finding their way to escape the burning mansion and going inside each rooms which they trigger the traps whenever they find a way to escape or move forward every rooms as soon they escape they died one by one sadly while on the way.
"Yoshiro are we there yet?" Asked the tired male voice.
"We're almost there Renji just hold on" Yoshiro replied.
"After all of this madness what are we gonna do?" The female voice asked a little bit nervous.
"Probably we're somehow going to return to our families and report this to the police or mostly recover because of how we're been through". Another male voice said with a serious and determined voice.
"Are we going to survive now?" Another girl voice sounded scared gripping her weapon tightly.
"We have come a long way here to escape and you just sounded like you're gonna give up, but we can still keep going and don't give up now!" Yoshiro said with a determined voice that made his friends smiled at their leader that inspired them, and they were glad that they met him in the first place.
After searching in the last room they finally found the final door which is they need to clear inside the room in order to reach the exit and they were standing and staring at each other which they are nodding at each other and decided to say their last words to each other if they are somehow didn't survived.
"Yoshiro I'm glad to met you as my friend, because you're the one who pulled me out in the darkness that I shouldn't be." Renji told him with a smiled gratefully that Yoshiro treated him as a brother but not in all-blood.
"Yes shiro-kun you are like a brother to us even though we only met last month but at least I'm glad to met you." Akari said with a little blush on her cheeks then pecks Yoshiro on his cheeks that made him blush.
"Gahh! Akari!" Yoshiro jumped a bit with a tomato face while Akari and the others chuckled at boy's embarrassment.
"You know what Yoshiro? Ever since we met you always stand out for me, and despite we had a little bit of bad past you still treated me as a friend and didn't hold a grudge against me, and I just wanted to say thank you man for being my friend even we have know each other shortly." Reigo said with a smile, ever since he was saved by Yoshiro of almost getting beaten up he was shocked even he was being an asshole to him, and still treated him like a friend despite his flaw.
"Well at first I treated you so badly because many men are just nothing but a beast and monsters after my body when they saw me but when you came and show me that you aren't one of them I learned to trust someone again and I just wanted to say I'm sorry for treating you badly Yoshiro even if it is a month I've known you." Minami said a little bit sad voice looking down and apologize to him sincerely to Yoshiro the way she treated him in the first place.
She was expecting to get a swearing rant or a slap to the face but she was surprised that Yoshiro is hugging her that made her eyes widen threatening tears to fell from her eyes.
"*sigh* like I said I already forgiven you for that Mina-chan." said Yoshiro still hugging her that made her blush at the nickname and Akari pouted slightly.
"T-thank you Yoshiro." Minami released him then kissed him also in the cheek which made Yoshiro surprised again with a atomic blush in his face that made Akari jealous and boys grinning and saying in their heads 'Lucky bastard'.
"M-m-minami!! Not you too!?" Said Yoshiro frantically which made her giggle and said in his mind 'Geez did I really become a chick magnet for this?!'.
Yoshiro shook his head and said "Everyone thank you for what you said about me even though we only known each other for 1 month every obstacle we overcome and fighting together with our friends even though they died along the way may their souls rest in peace, somehow we've come along way right now to finally escape this madness and avenging their poor souls who died fighting along with us, and after all of this we may split and scatter around this city to return our normal lives or possibly die to the final test, but right now we are about to face the final madness and we have nothing to lose!" Yoshiro declared with making a fist bump which made the others nodded with a determine expression and bump each others fists that they will fight along side which each other until the end.
They were now facing the door in front of them and ready to go to the final room which made them tense.
"Let's go people" said Yoshiro while getting a nod and they enter one by one and closed the door.
[Final room] (Bosses office)
Yoshiro and the others entered a large room which is the boss room office there are a few bunch of bookshelves on it, a coffee table with two chairs facing each other, a large couch facing the table too near the bookshelves behind it, and lastly the desk at the center of the office while behind the desk there is a big picture frame which portraits the boss in that picture.
Yoshiro and the others are still surveying room for hidden switches and being cautiously for activating a booby trap. Yoshiro, Renji, and Reigo are in the center of the room, Akari in the bookshelves, Minami in the files section in the file cabinets.
Until someone spoke up "Guys I think i might have found something here." Renji spoke as he gathered the attention of his companions and pointed at the boss desk that made everyone looked at the two objects on the table one there is a box opened with a gadget with a different chords beside it, and last one there is a black box closed.
"A voice recorder huh? Looks like that bastard left a message in there for running away and scared that his ass will be beat the shit out of him by us." Reigo scoffed that made everyone in the room chuckled at his remark.
"Let's just play it out and listen for whats in that voice recorder says." Yoshiro said as everyone nodded and presses the play button to start the message.
[If you are listening to this then i will have to say congratulations from making in to the final room which is my office, though I must say that I'm quitely impressed that you've come along way here so far by working together as a team and if you all thinking that you're making out alive in this last room then you are half-correct about that. Still you're going to die like the rest of them and if you listened to me in the first place and took my offer to be my henchmen you will not going to end up going all the rooms in order to search the whole mansion only to escape and die one of your comrades/friends along the way. Considering I left the mansion an hour ago, right now the mansion is full of traps from the start since I pull it off and save as the last resort of escaping my prisoners.]
'So he planned all along.' Everyone thought as the voice recorder keeps playing.
[Aside from that but right now if you want to escape the final room I'm gonna tell you right now.]
Everyone tensed as they listened closely at the voice recorder and getting serious for what the boss will say next.
[There are 4 switches inside the black box in my table and 1 of them are correct including the red and the rest are wrong.]
Yoshiro opened the black box which contains 4 switches the three switches are white and the last one is color red and everyone looked curiously especially the red switch.
[Did you see the red switch,yes? Okay, Let me tell you the switches, the red switch is the one you will activate first then the next 1 switch you activate in order to disable the barricade or traps and apparently to make the exit appear.]
Everyone's faces are surprised except Yoshiro who kept a serious face and continue listening.
[You have only 4 attempts to make it right, each wrong attempts you make will trigger a deadly trap in the room or most likely make the mansion self destruct or get incinerate inside heh.]
Everyone's eyes widened in fear that if they made a 4 failed attempts they are done for even Yoshiro failed to keep a serious face.
[But if you successfully make 3 correct switches except the red switch then you are finally free in this madness hehehe. I know that one of you want to find me and kill me so goodluck with that catch me if you can hehehe.] (End of record)
A moment of silence shared and etched fear on their faces and only one with supressed anger which is Yoshiro with his clenched fist until someone broke the silence.
"Hmph looks like he really planned this huh." Minami said with her arms crossed.
"Indeed he really did this from the beginning." Reigo added.
"So what are we going to do now?" Akari asks.
"Well despite what he said we need to be careful of making attempts to the switches otherwise we are all dead for good." Renji said seriously and he turned to Yoshiro which is closing the box with the voice recorder.
"Yoshiro what are you doing with that recorder?" Renji asked.
"I'm keeping this just in case if the police arrived here." Yoshiro said.
"So right now we need to do the switch." Reigo said staring at the opened black box.
Timeskip 15 mins preparing for the switch.
"Alright so I'm gonna go first huh?" Yoshiro
said a little bit nervous.
"Yes you can don't worry we can count on you Yoshiro." Reigo said.
Yoshiro looks at him unsure before he say anything Renji puts a hand on his shoulder for reassurance then nods.
"Okay so let's do this." Yoshiro said as he looks at the box then thinks for a minute after that he decided to activate the 2nd switch and the red switch.
*clicks*
A moment of silence in the room until one of them decided to break the ice.
"Now what?" Reigo asked with raised eyebrow.
"Looks like it's not working or broken" Renji added. Until they heard mechanical noises they were shocked until the room has a small holes on it.
Until 1 of them decided to speak.
"OH SHI-!" Yoshiro yelled
