Olivia fluttered her eyes open and close a few times before she could totally open her eyes. She looked around her surroundings to see where she was. The Hospital Wing. She again started to look around if anyone else was there. No one was there. She called out, "Hello?" Madame Pomfrey came in, "Ohh hello dear, how are you feeling now? Is your hand still paining?" she asked sweetly. "Um... no, not that much."
"Alright, then drink this up and the pain will fade away slowly." She said and handed Liv the goblet and she was free to go.
As she was about to leave, she was checking around her surrounding if she left anything. "Are you alright now, Middleton?" asked a voice. She turned around to see whose it was. Malfoy.
"Ohh hello, Malfoy. Yes, I'm alright now, thank you very much for asking. But what are you doing here? Isn't it past curfew?" asked Olivia and smiled. "Who is breaking rules now, Malfoy?" she said sarcastically. "Well, I'm not breaking any rules by being here. I'm here to see Madam Pomfrey for-" he was trying to think for an excuse so that she couldn't find out that he was just here to see her, like he was last night. "a stomach ache, I guess I ate something funny." he completed.
"Ok, alright, I'll leave you to it, I think Madam Pomfrey is asleep, you might wanna wake her up" Olivia said sweetly.
"Are you free to go?" concern falling from his eyes.
"Yes, I was about to leave and you entered" stated Olivia her tone still calm and sweet.
"Alright, I'll come with you? I mean, walk you till your common room?" he asked nervously and blushed slightly. Olivia's cheeks turned red from his gesture but she asked "Didn't you come here for the nurse?"
"Ohh yeah, well if she's asleep, I don't wanna disturb her. It's just a headache, it'll fade and if not, I'll come in the morning" replied Draco, sweetly.
"Headache? Didn't you say it was a stomachache, like you ate something funny?" asked Liv, confused. "Uhh, yeah, yeah, the stomachache" he replied quickly.
"Ok" said Liv, still confused but decided to let it go. Draco was about to ask her again if he could walk with her to her common room, but before he could ask, she said, "And about your offer to walk with me to my common room, such a gentleman, yes, of course, you can walk with me"
Draco sighed and they left the Hospital Wing. "So, do you know why your hand was paining in the forest?" asked Draco in concern.
"No and neither did they tell me, I heard a few muffled voices when I was asleep but I don't know whose they were" replied Liv. They walked in silence not looking at each other but down.
"Um, can I ask you something?" Livia broke the silence.
"Yeah"
"What happened after I blacked out, of course I don't remember anything" asked Olivia politely.
"Well, I don't know what Potter did, but you might remember that I screamed and ran-" he hesitated at the last part and almost whispered the last part as he was embarrassed that he was scared. He was cut off by Olivia giggling and saying, "which should've been our first instinct too" said Liv. Draco sighed knowing that Liv will not make fun of him for doing this. "Well, then I got Hagrid and the others to the spot where you were blacked out, Hagrid then carried you to the hospital wing and your friends wanted to stay but couldn't, so we all had to leave." completed Draco.
"So how long was I out for?"
"For a day"
"Alright" said Olivia. They reached the Gryffindor gate. Draco nodded and turned around to leave. "Ohh and Draco" He turned around hearing his name. "Thanks for walking with me to my common room and umm, also thanks for calling Hagrid to save me, I don't know what would've had happened if you hadn't called him."
"Well, I didn't do much, you screamed bloody murder, so he probably knew where we were" replied Draco sarcastically and chuckled a little. Olivia giggled and said, "Still, thank you" and gave Draco a light peck on his right cheek and ran to her common room blushing. Draco, on the other hand, stood there, completely still, touching his cheek and turning red.
Livia entered her common room and saw the trio talking to each other by the fireplace. "Hey guys" They all turned around to see who it was.
"Livia" Mione said and ran towards her and gave her a tight hug. "How are you feeling?" asked Harry hugging her more tightly than Hermione did. "God, if you guys hug me any tighter, I might have to go back to the Hospital Wing" she giggled and they both let her go. "I'm feeling good, thank you for asking" she continued. They all sat on the couch, Harry sat beside Olivia and said, "Sorry, we wanted to stay, but they wouldn't let us." She smiled and assured them that it was quite alright.
"So, what were you guys talking about?" she asked and the Trio explained to her what had exactly happened that night, what the centaur told Harry and everything after that.
The next day were their year of the end exams, which Olivia and Hermione were quite happy about and Harry and Ron, not. Harry's scar was burning and he realized something and talked to Hagrid about it, they connected all the missing dots with what Hagrid told them. They ran to Professor McGonagall and told them about the stone and how someone will try and steal it. She told them it was safe and that it won't be stolen and that it was not their business to be worried and send them to their dormitories.
They came out of the class and started talking. "That was no stranger that Hagrid met, it was Snape!" said Harry. "But, Harry, how can you be so sure, that its Professor Snape? I mean Hagrid did tell us that he's one of the teacher's protecting it, then why would he do that?" asked Olivia.
"Good afternoon..." said a cold voice from behind of them. They turned around to see, no other than Professor Snape. "Now, what would four young Gryffindors such as yourselves, be doing inside on a day like this?" his eyes shifted to Hermione and he waited for an answer. Mione stuttered, "A-a, we were just-" and Snape looked at her in amusement. "Now, be careful, people would assume-" he looked at Harry, then Olivia and again Harry and continued, "you are up to something" He glared at the four of them and turned to Olivia, "I assume, Miss Middleton, that you'll be of right mind and not do anything stupid and not let Potter here have a bad influence on you." And he left.
"Well, what are we gonna do?" asked Hermione. "We go to the trap door, tonight"
