Chapter 1 - Nice to Meet You

It's the first day of moving into a new house by yourself. Trying to escape the everyday fights of your family, you got a job, and made enough money to finally buy a house. In the middle of the school year, you transfer to UA, one of the top schools for the hero course. Taking the entry exam wasn't an easy task to do, but you managed to pass. The day you got the confirmation letter saying you got into the school, you met with principle Nezu. 

"Hello y/n. It's wonderful to finally meet you. I am so happy to have you as a new student here at UA. Please let me know if you need anything. Since you are new to this school, would you like a student to give you a tour?" Nezu welcomes you.

"Umm... Sure. That would be nice." You say as you start standing up.

"Okay. Great. Some of our top students will be here soon to show you around. They're nice, so don't be shy to ask them any questions." Nezu says. He motions for you to leave his office. As you walk out, you see three upper-class students waiting for you. You close the door behind you and walk over to them. They start introducing themselves.

"Hello. It's nice to meet you y/n! I'm Mirio. It's really exciting to have you transfer in the middle of the year." Mirio greets you

"Oh my goodness! Hiiii! I'm Nejire. Ooh! I love your hair. Where are you from? Can we be friends? What's your favorite type of food?" Nejire starts to ask.

"Unimportant, sure, and soba. It's nice to meet all of you too! What's your name?"  You say looking towards Tamaki.

"I- uhh. AHHHHH. I-I'm... T-Tamaki..." Tamaki says shyly.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Tamaki!" You say kindly. You start talking to them all about how nice the school looks. They show you where class 1- A is. Nejire hands you your schedule and shows you where the cafeteria is. Since it's Sunday, you go back home after the tour. You lay down on your bed and get onto your phone. You opened your messages and see that you have two notifications. You click on the notification and see that it is from your old friend, Kai.

Kai: Hi

You: OMG! Hi Kai! 

Kai: It's been a while. How have you been?

You: I've been good. I made it into UA!!!

Kai: Oh.. WOW! That's great news. Congrats!!! How's your new house?

You: It's nice. It's a lot better than where I used to be.

Kai: That's good. Well, it's getting late. I have to sleep. Good luck with your first day of school tomorrow! Night!!!

You: Night! 

You put your phone onto the charger and go to brush your teeth and get ready for bed. You put your hair into braids and finally go to bed. 

The next morning, you get up and undo your braids. You brush your teeth and get dressed in your UA uniform. You pack your bags of clothes and your school bag. Although you have a house of your own, you still are required to stay in the dorms. 

You get to school and drop off your bag of clothes at your locker. You walk into the halls and see Nejire. You come up to her and say hi.

"Oh hi y/n! So, are you excited?" Nejire says.

"Yea. Kinda. I'll be fine though." You say. The bell rings for you to get into your class and you say bye to each other. You walk into 1-A and greet Aizawa. He looks at you and tells the class to be quiet.

"Hello everyone. As you may know, we have a new student joining us. She's new, so be nice to her. Yes, I'm looking at you Bakugo." Aizawa says looking at Bakugo. Bakugo looks away in disgust. Aizawa tells you to stand in from of the class and introduce yourself. You walk up in front of him and tell everyone who you are.

"Hello. I'm y/n. It's nice to meet you all." you say looking at everyone.

"Hello!!!" The entire class greets you. You smile at all of them and Mina comes up to you.

"Hi! I'm Mina Ashido. Wanna join our friend group?" She says kindly. You agree and sit next to her.  As you sit down, Kaminari glances at you.

*She's..... kinda cute*  he thinks to himself.
