Backstory:
Raised as an only child, Y/n relied on her parents for affection and attention, her father has a pain-inducing quirk where he can control the amount of pain a targeted person could feel. Her mother had white wings like Y/N herself, but had a healing quirk. Her parents had a rough marriage, there was no love between the two. Y/Ns father turned to alcohol after he lost his job and was hit with a wave of depression.
Her mother did what she could to make sure Y/N was happy and healthy. One night, Y/Ns father came home intoxicated and killed Y/Ns mother. After Y/Ns mother died her father started blaming Y/N for the damage that was caused, Y/N looks like her mother which angered her father because it was almost a reminder of the burden he had to carry knowing he killed his wife. The father proceeds to abuse Y/N throughout high school, causing Y/N to be distant from the other students incase they noticed her injuries.
When she finally graduated Y/N got a full-time job making minimum wage in hopes to save up enough money to leave her abusive lifestyle at home. Once she saved up enough, she quickly packed in hopes to disappear before her father came home from work, only to meet him at the front door as she was about to walk out. After being screamed at and tossed around a few times, Y/N managed to get out of the house with her wallet and phone. Her father didn't allow her to take any of the luggage that she had packed with her. She then finds herself in an alley sobbing in frustration.
