As Deku and Ochako started talking again, Iida searched around the crowded halls to see if anyone was fooling around. He had a feeling that Bakugou and his little squad started clowning around behind his back again. He felt a tap on his shoulder, which slightly startled him, but he turned around anyways, pretending it didn't bother him in the slightest bit.

"I'm sorry, do you need anything-" he started before he saw who had broken his train of thought. Aoyama stood tall (obviously not that tall) and winked at him.

"Are you serious?" Iida hissed. Yuga pulled him aside, separating him from his friends, who didn't notice.

"C'mon, like you were talking to them anyways. You should really have a variety of friends to choose from." he smirked.

"Says you!" Iida retorted angrily. "And I'm not even your friend either, I just sat at an empty table that happened to be where you were sitting!"

"That doesn't feel good to hear." Aoyama frowned sarcastically, rolling his eyes.

"Listen up young man! If you do not stop harassing me, I-"

"Are you threatening me? That's not very role-model like of you."

"I am not! You are being very rude now."

Iida started to walk away from him. He was sick and tired of all this provoking Aoyama was trying to do.

"I know you like Uraraka." Yuga whispered before he could get away. Iida blushed furiously, it almost looked like he was angry, though he was as angry as he was embarrassed.

"I have told you many times not to nose into other people's business!" he hissed back.

"Sorry, I just figured you needed someone to talk to about it." Yuga shrugged.

"I do not need to talk to anyone about anything! I don't have any feelings for Uraraka, or anyone for that matter." whispered Iida, quietly.

"Your face says otherwise." Yuga teased, trying not to laugh. He noticed Iida's blushing right away, and he looked the same as when he saw him talking to Ochako this morning.

"Look, I'll leave you alone only if you plan to sit with me at lunch every day." Aoyama offered. Tenya scrunched up his forehead.

"That's it?" he questioned. What a childish thing to ask for...

"Do you want me to ask you for more?" Aoyama chuckled.

"Definitely not. It's a deal." Tenya accepted. Aoyama smirked, and left him to be.

After school ended, Tenya met up with Deku and Ochako, who already had their things packed in their bags. He quickly needed to prepare a compliment for his friend, chest fluttering with anxiety. This shouldn't be a chore! You said you would do this! He told himself.

"Hey Iida!" Ochako called out, waving. Tenya's heart felt like it was going to burst. He didn't want to feel this way, and he didn't know what this feeling was.

"I know you like Uraraka."

A voice suddenly reappeared inside his head.

Was that it? Did he really develop feelings for her? Was Aoyama correct? How could he know? How could this clown figure out Iida's own feelings before he realized himself? This couldn't be.

"Hey Uraraka! You were quite a pleasure to have at lunch this afternoon." he smiled and brushed his thoughts off.

Ochako chuckled. "Thank you, Iida, I really appreciate it!"
