"Is everything set up?" Ginny whispered to Neville.

"Yes. Luna made sure to get them the note 'from Snape' that they have earned a special dessert only for them, slipping the note under their doors so they'll find it when they get there. Mal made the note that is on the table of the Slytherin common room, telling them he would be late so they could get started without him. I helped her set the table so it looks good. Everything's done."

"Great, and I've got the map so we can check on them." Ginny said as she opened the map.

"Where are they now?" I asked as I leaned shifted from my uncomfortable position on the wall of the dark corner we were hiding in.

"They are... ooo they should be looking at their notes any minute now." She smiled excitedly. Sure enough, we saw their footprints in their rooms for a couple minutes and then they headed out to the common room.

"3... 2... 1" we all whispered and heard a couple screams from the common room and backed away when we heard the door open.

I slapped my hand over my mouth when I saw Alecto, with his huge tongue and cold sweat dripping from his forehead, running out with his wand in hand, looking for Snape. We heard the other Carrows vomiting and cringed. Poor house elves, I hope the Carrows at least made it to the bathroom before they started vomiting. Once we made sure Alecto had gone farther away to find Snape, and the Carrows were too busy getting sick in the bathroom, we emerged out of the dark corner but jumped when we heard a voice behind us.

"A little immature, don't you think?" We heard the familiar voice we all dreaded to hear speak to us and groaned.

"Damn it!" Ginny cursed and tucked the Marauder's map behind her back so Draco wouldn't see it.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I told Draco, knowing that if anyone could wear him down, that would be me.

"You four did that to the Carrows. You four made them get sick." Draco explained.

"Sorry, doesn't ring a bell. We were simply looking for... for Bonnie." I made up an excuse quickly.

"Right, that explains why you're hiding in a dark corner?" He looked at us skeptically, obviously knowing we were lying.

"What's your explanation? Because apparently you were doing the same." I accused.

"No. Don't turn this on me."

"No. I will. What were you doing in a dark corner? Planning how to kill someone else?" I accused and immediately regretted it when I heard my friends gasp and Draco take a step back with a pained look on his face. Crap.

"That's not fair." He whispered. I know it's not. I'm sorry.

"Life isn't fair, I've had a couple prime examples of that." Stop talking Mal.

"Fine. You don't want to explain it to me? We can get you to explain it to Snape." He said harshly and took Ginny and my arms, leading us to Snape's office.

"No wait wait." I pleaded and shook myself loose from his grasp. "We were looking for Bonnie. Honest. She..." I hesitated while looking for another excuse. "She was sick, I don't know what's wrong with her. Please Draco." My voice broke when I said please and I could see him visibly soften. God bless my acting skills. He sighed and let go of Ginny.

"Fine. Look for her, and get her healed right away." He turned around and left without another word. Once he was out of earshot Ginny turned to me.

"That was amazing, Mal. Now even I actually want to go check on Bonnie." We all nodded in agreement with Ginny and headed over to her room in Gryffindor, where she's been these past couple months because I've been scared of what the Carrows would do to her if they saw her in Slytherin with me, she's always been so small.

"That was a bit mean, Mal." Luna informed me.

"I didn't mean it like that." I sighed, knowing she's right.

"No Mal, that wasn't right." Neville agreed with Luna.

"She said nothing but a fact. I think what she did was very brave, standing up to him like that. He should know you've moved on." Moved on? Have I? No. I haven't. Ginny fought for me. "Very Gryffindor of you." She smiled at me and I faked a smile back.

I'm not a Gryffindor. I'm a Slytherin.

Shit. I shouldn't have said that to him. If only I could apologize... but no. I can't. I shouldn't. He called me a whore. No. Screw him.

We went inside the Gryffindor common room and I immediately felt Bonnie rub against my leg and meow. I smiled and picked her up.

"Hey Bon-Bon, you're alright baby?" I asked as I petted the top of her head. "I was worried about you baby."

"Mal. Baby voice." Ginny groaned and I rolled my eyes.

"She's my baby, I will talk to her however I want." I glared at Ginny and turned to talk to Bonnie, "isn't that right Bon-Bon?" I asked in a baby voice again. I heard Ginny groan and laughed, but quickly frowned when I remembered the day we got her.

Draco had taken Mione and me to Diagon Alley, and they both made fun of me because of how I spoke to Bon-Bon. That was such a fun day.

I miss those days.

I miss you, Mione.

And Draco.

I still miss you Draco.

Despite how much I try not to, I still do.
