How loosely we parade a half hearted prophecy of death
Jokingly pulling the noose tighter and tighter
"Watch me"
"Count me in"
"Okay bet!"
They all declare,
But who is being sincere?
The probability that one or someone near is suffering is high. Humor is the best medicine right? Bystanders do not watch the ones who slowly clench their fist or draw their gaze even lower beneath the floor. Those who become tense as their darkness becomes comedy...
A lip reclines under grinding teeth
It would be an oddity for them to finally speak up.
The ones who laugh--- are not wired to listen.
Silence!
Please a moment of silence.

Deserve more
