"Squeak", the gates opened and I skipped inside. I look around the handsome manor, examining its features. The manor is grand, very royal-like, it is surrounded by elaborate gardens. It is indeed a beautiful place but somehow it felt eerie. The Manor was a magnificent sight. I just wished that my elder brother could have been here with me. He was sick with the flu and Mother had to stay home to take care of him.
" Darcie come here!" I turned around and walked towards the owner of the voice. " alright father."
" Darcie we are here to meet my friend for dinner. Remember always stay in my sight and be polite." Father instructed before knocking the door. I took my place beside Father before scanning the garden one last time.
The door opened with a squeak and a tiny creature opened the door. " Dobby has come to open the door. Are you Mr Riverwood?" the house-elf asked. The house-elf was wearing a dirty pillowcase and his feet was dirty. But I thought that he looked adorable.
There was a quick conversation between Father and the house-elf before the cute elf led us into the manor. The manor was accessorised with majestic furniture and glamorous decorations. " Henry, I did not expect you here so soon. Make yourselves at home. This is my boy, Draco." a man with platinum blonde hair spoke while pointing to a boy with the same platinum blonde hair.
" Ah, Lucius, this is my daughter, Darcie. She's five this year. Go on darling say hi."
I extended my hand to the blonde, " Hi I am Darcie. Nice to meet you."
" Hi shortie, " the blonde said with a smirk on his face.
I was about to respond before the blonde man spoke. " Draco bring Dracie somewhere else to play. I have something to discuss with Mr River wood."
With that, the blonde turned away into the corridor with me in tow. His pace was so fast that I almost could not catch up. But that's no surprise due to his long legs. His personality was bad but it made me more curious to find out more about him. Deep down, I knew that I was going to become great friends with this arrogant blonde.
