Mike-The Less I Know The Better

Y/n then shook her head standing up,"I'll find them and prove you all wrong"

Y/n then ran around the mall the party following her along with Steve behind them.

Then Y/n suddenly stopped when her eyes caught something on her peripheral vision.

She turn to her right and saw Mike and El in a jewelry store.

Y/n smiled when she saw them but it disappears when she saw Mike putting a bracelet on El's wrist—it would mean nothing in her eyes,but she saw that Mike is wearing the same bracelet.

And its the bracelet she's been eyeing before she went to camp.

The party followed where she's looking and they all frowned when they saw the scene.

"Y/n—"Steve started but Y/n started running away not looking back.

Lucas tried to grab Y/n's arm but he hissed letting her go when he got burned when she's too hot.

"Forgot she got powers,"he muttered to himself

"Y/n!,"the party yelled

Mike and El heard the commotion from outside so Mike bought the bracelet and the cashier gave him a box.

They walk out and found the party.

"Hi guys!,where's Y/n?"Mike asked trying to find Y/n while he hid the box in his pocket.

The party glared at them and Steve looked so pissed.

"I really want to punch you right now Wheeler,I'm just stopping myself,"Steve said putting his hand on his hips

"What?,"Mike asked in confusion

"We know you're cheating on Y/n with El,"Lucas accused

"What?,No—I would never!"Mike's eyes widened and his face contorted in a offended one

"What's cheating?"El chimed,but no one answered her

"We saw the signs,"Dustin started then he continued on giving Mike the 'signs' they saw.

"No,no,NO!"Mike run his hands on his face

"El is helping me to choose gifts for Y/n for our anniversary since she's her SISTER,and I was trying to try the bracelet on El to see if it will fit Y/n!"he explained

Suddenly their angered face turned into one filled with shock and 'ohhh'.

"So where is she?,"Mike asked

"Well she ran away since she saw you two—"Max wasn't able to finish what she's saying since Mike started to run away to follow Y/n

"Is it their hobby to run away?,"Will asked

"So what's cheating?,"El asked

And the party looked at eachother before glancing at Steve.

He raised his eyebrows and the kids motioned their heads to El.

Steve groaned before facing El.

"Lets have a talk,"he started before motioning them back at the shop.

Mike ran out just in time before Y/n hops on her bike.

"Y/n!,"Mike yelled running to her but Y/' didn't acknowledge his presence

"Look,its—its not what it looks like"he pants leaning on his knees

"That's what they say Wheeler,"Y/n commented hopping on her bike

"I swear its not—can you atleast let me explain?,"Mike asked standing in front of her bike

"Fine you have a minute,"Y/n crossed her arms balancing her bike

Mike sighed in relief before composing himself,"I was asking El for help because I made an explosion box for you,I tried the bracelet om her to see if it will fit you"he explained praying that Y/n would believe him

"Show me,"Y/n spoke after a minute

"What?,"he asked in confusion

"Show me the explosion box"Y/n said

"Oh!,okay!,its at the my basement.Lets go,"he asked before taking his bike and Y/n sighed following him.

They were silent the whole way there—wait—its more like Y/n is quiet as Mike spoke random things since he's nervous that Y/n would break up with him.

They reached Mike's house and Karen greeted Y/n.

Y/n greeted Karen with a smile before following Mike to the basement.

He covers the box with his body as he added the final part of the explosion box which is the matching bracelet in the middle.

He covers it again before giving it to Y/n.

She reluctantly accepted it before sitting down on the floor with Mike beside her.

"Open it,"Mike encouraged as Y/n just looks at it

Y/n opened it and she teared up when she saw their pictures where her hair is still short because its only been a year since she escaped from the lab.

She also saw her favorite foods inside and another small box in the middle.

She opened it and saw the bracelet she saw Mike try on El.

'He's not cheating...I knew it!'she thought

"Its fine if you still want to leave me,I just hope you like it,since I really—"

Y/n suddenly wrapped her arms on Mike,she sobbed on his shoulder making him panic.

"Hey,I swear I'm not cheating on you cause I love you—"

Y/n pulls back wiping her tears.

"I know,I love you too.Thank you for this,I'm just happy"Y/n laughed

Mike sighed in relief hugging her before kissing her forehead.
