Friendship between a Hufflepuff and a Slytherin

Pt 1

This morning Julie left the girls bedroom. She went to the great hall and had breakfast. As she finished eating, she stood up and walked to the big door.

Suddenly someone walked right into her. It was a large and skinny body.

'Excuse me?', Julie said.

She looked up, right into the eyes of Josh Cabsole.

Josh was in her year. He was a Slytherin. Usually she only saw him from about 2 feet away. But this time she was able to feel his cold breath.

They never really talked to each other. Only for school projects or something like that.

Josh looked deep into her eyes.

"Sorry" Julia said. All she wanted is to leave; but she couldn't.

Josh grabbed her arm.

"Sorry for what?" Josh asked. "It's obvious that I ran into you" he added.
"Whatever" Julie answered.

He let her arm go and so Julie left the great hall quickly.

She had to smile while walking.

Julie was on her way as one of her classmates came to her.

Julie was kinda jealous at her. Julie couldn't really explain, but she was. She didn't really liked her but she pretended to be a friend. Julie didn't wanted to hurt her, that's why.

"Julie?", Leyla asked.

Julie recognized her voice. She took pretended a smile a turned around.

"Hi Leyla", Julie said friendly.

"I got to tell you something."

"What is it Ley?"

"You know that Eric and I have been doing stuff together for a few weeks now and ehm..."

"What?" Julie knew, what she was going to say. And Julie felt even more jealous in this moment.

"We're dating."

Julie kept smiling. But she was dying inside.

"Omg, I'm so happy for you two. I wish you the best of luck.",Julie lied.

"You have to tell me everything. But I'm in a hurry right now... Tell me later. Ok?" Julie added.

"Ok!" Leyla said happily. "Bye!"

"Bye" Julie gave Leyla a big fake smile.

Both walked  different ways.

Julie could feel her eyes becoming wet.
