1: The breakup

~ CHASE'S POV ~
Y/n and I have been dating for about 3 years now. Lately she's been super clingy, talkative and she always wants my attention. It sounds bad, but i feel outta love with her. I've basically been leading her on for a month now. I'm also not proud of saying that I'm already talking to another girl. Y/n's coming over tomorrow so I'm going to try and break up with her.

THE NEXT DAY
I sit on the couch out of pure anxiousness. I hear three knocks at the door, "I'll get it!" Ryland yelled running to the door to get there first. I let out a slight chuckle realizing what would be happening next. He opens the door to reveal Y/n, I let out a small sigh and stand up rubbing my sweaty hands on my jeans leaving visible marks. Great. She gives him a hug and runs over to me with her suitcase, we give a quick hug. "I'm sorry I'll be back." I say leaving going to my room.

~ Y/N'S POV ~
I knock on the door to the Hype House and Ryland opens the door.. weird. Usually Chase opens the door with his arms open for me to jump into. I give Ryland a hug and look over to see Chase standing up from the couch. "Hi baby!" I smile and give him a hug, he pulled away after only a couple of seconds. "I'm sorry I'll be back." he said leaving the room. So I'm left alone in the living room. I look down and see Chase's phone. A thought rush's threw my mind. 'Look at his phone' and with that i slowly pick up his phone and sit down on the couch. I look and see a notification from a contact named 'princess <3' that's weird.. I haven't texted him. Another thought goes threw my head 'open it' no i can't he'd get mad at me. I open it anyway. I scroll threw the messages,"when are you going to brake it off with your side chick y/n 🙄" the girl said. another message from Chase "y/n's coming over tomorrow🙄" tears start pooling in my eyes. "you're so much prettier than her don't worry babe 😍"
"wow i can't wait to see you again 😩" Tears start rushing down my face. She's so much better than me. A better cook, shes skinner, she's gorgeous, she's funny, she isn't clingy, and most importantly she's not me. I calm down a little bit and wipe the tears from my eyes. I walk to Chase's room with my suitcase, I knock on the door. I hear him sigh, my heart broke even more. He opens the door and I move pass him and sit on the corner of the bed closet to the door. He sat down next to me in complete silence. "Can i ask you a question." i blurred out. I hear him shift a little bit. "uh sure.. wassup." I take a deep breath before talking. "How long.. how long have I been your side chick?" I looks up at his face. His face dropped, he looked scared. "I- y/n what do you mean?" he said trying to put himself together. "Chase don't try this with me.. i saw your texts." a tear slips out of my eye while talking. "y/n i didn't mean it.. i promise." he says looking down at his hands. "so you didn't mean to call me ugly, clingy, annoying, fat and bad cook?" i say getting angry but more sad at the same time. "if you didn't mean it.. you wouldn't have told her i love you." he's still looking down at his hands, i let out a soft scoff. "Chase, i'll forever love you.. but it's over." I say walking over back to my suitcase. "where are you going?" he questions me, still not daring to make eye contact with me. "i'll probably go to a hotel for the night and get a plane home tomorrow." He finally looks up at me, "Just stay for the night." he suggested i look down at the floor this time with tears still flowing down my face i look back up, "i don't feel comfortable." I say and walk out of him room on the way to the front door Kovur stopped me. "Y/n/n what happened?" i couldn't dare look her in her eyes, "go ask Chase" my voice cracks just saying his name. And with that i walk out the door.
~ KOVUR'S POV ~
I walk out of Alex's and I's room to go get popcorn when i see Y/n. i walk over to her, "y/n/n what happened?" i could tell she was hurt. she didn't look up "go ask Chase" she said and walked past me to the door. Being the nosy friends i went to ask. I walk to his room and knock on the door, i heard soft sobs coming from inside of the room. I heard him get up and come to the door.When he opened up the door i popped the question "What happened to y/n?" he sniffled before answering, "i fucked up. i-i cheated." after saying that he broke down into tears. he fell to the floor sobbing. I bent down to pick him up and bring him to the bed. 'This is gonna be bad.' i though walking out of his room to go tell the rest of the house..
