The first shifting method is called the double sided staircase I think.

First get into a comfortable position laying down.

This is super powerful.

It will be really effective if you meditate or listen to a shifting subliminal before this.

It's when you walk through a door leading to a staircase going up. Visualize yourself going up the staircase. When going up the staircase think about your memories. Good and bad. You don't have to think about all your memories. When you get to the top you should see a door. Open the door and you will see a mirror. Look at yourself. While looking, notice every little thing about yourself. If your respawning this is the last time you are going to see your current body you are in now. When you're done go through the door you came out of. It's a staircase going down. You will feel the positive energy while going down the staircase. When you reach the bottom there is a door. Open it. Visualize somebody important from your desired reality. They hold out their hand and say, "Are you ready to go?" Think about this for a moment. Is this really what you want? Do you really want to shift? Are you ready? If you say yes then take their hand. They will lead you to a dark hallway. They will ask you specific questions like:
What will you wear?
What will you do?

Walk through the last door. When you walk through that door you transform into your desired person the second you walk through that door. When you open the door your friends and family from your desired reality will come and greet you. They ask you things about your current reality. Once you are done talking and sure that this is what you want walk to your desired bedroom. If your not sure where it is visualize a door. This door has your name on it. Open the door and get in bed. When you are in bed go into the position you were in when you first started the shifting method. Then watch your desired reality self fall to sleep. Then fall asleep yourself.

It's ok if you don't shift the first time. I didn't shift the first time when I did this method because I fell asleep during it. And if I didn't fall asleep there was always this one sound. It was either my parents talking or another sound.
