Pt. 1

"Eve?" I heard him call from my phone snapping back to reality. "Sorry, what's up?" I replied apologetically, Aiden sighed. "I said we need to go, I can't do this anymore. I got two train tickets, just me and you E." I chewed on my sweatshirt string processing what he said, after a moment I stood up. "Okay.. meet me in my room asap. I'll pack you, do the same." I said quietly as I grabbed my backpack. "Finishing right now. I'll be there soon. I love you, be safe." Aiden replied quietly. "I love you too man, be safe. See you soon." I replied. His words gave me butterflies, since 8th grade I've been wanting it to just be us... he's just your friend Eve. I sighed and slipped out of the library without anyone seeing me. I threw my board on the cement and skated home quickly almost getting hit by a car in the process. After 10 minutes I made it home and climbed into my window instead of going threw the front door so no one would know I was home. I set my board and backpack down and shut the window most of the way only leaving it open enough for Aiden to push open when he got here. I quickly grabbed my two duffle bags from my closet and shoved clothes and shoes into them. Once I was done with that I put my phone charger, brush, makeup bag, and other essential things into my backpack. When I was done I sat down on my bed for one of the last times and grabbed my 3 favorite stuffed animals. I hugged them and put them into one of my duffle bags except for Mr. Blue he goes into the backpack so he can be extra close to me along with my skateboard. After an hour my window slid open and I was met by the hazel eyes I missed and cared for so much. I couldn't help but whimper in excitement, I heard him chuckled as he climbed threw my window like he use to when we were younger, I stood up and hugged him. I felt his drenched arms wrap around me and hold me tightly as I did him. "I fucking missed you so much." he whispered, I pulled away a little to met his gaze. "I missed you so much too" I whispered back and smiled. We let go of each other and sat down on my bed, "You ready?" Aiden asked looking at me with anxious eyes. I nodded "Yup, where's your stuff?" I asked not seeing any of the bags he should have. "Outside, they are a little heavy so I just left them right outside. We should go before anyone sees us, plus the train leaves in 1 hour." Aiden replied and walked over to the window. I agreed and got my bags. Aiden hopped out and helped me out. By this time it was almost dark and pouring rain. I put my hood up as he grabbed my hand tightly, "Are you sure Eve? You can stay, I know you'll miss your mom. Please stay if you're not 100% on board." I met Aiden's worried gaze and squeezed his hand. "I'm positive Aiden. I'm gonna miss my mom but.. this just isn't where we belong. We need to go somewhere safe and accepting, this place isn't it. Like you said just me and you." Aiden's gaze softened and filled with love. He hugged me in a way I've never felt before, there was so much love and passion I just melted right into him. "Let's get out of here." Aiden whispered as his arms dropped from around me. I nodded and picked up my bags as he did the same. We started our 30 minute walk to the train station. While we were walking I started playing music, Skyscrapers by Lil Peep started playing and grabbed Aiden's hand. We had been friends for as long as I can remember, he's always been my world. People always told us we'd be cute together because of how close we are but I just didn't see it until he was taken away from me because his mom lost custody of him. Only then did I realize how in love with him I was, Aiden soon got a girlfriend when he settled down with his new foster family but it didn't last because the night Aiden got his first car he drove up to me so we could hangout again after not seeing each other in almost 3 years. I got one of my older friends to buy us a few bottles of alcohol and we got shit faced, we ended up having sex. He was my first time and I was pretty sure I was his but we never talked about it. His girlfriend found out and broke up with him, but he didn't really care. I looked over at Aiden, he was smoking a cigarette. Fuck he's so beautiful in every way, the way his eyes sparkled in the street lights, the way he fixed his hair, and the way he smoked his cigarette. I must have been staring too long because he noticed and smiled. "It's rude to stare man." he replied as his eyes flickered down to my lips then back to my eyes smirking. I swallowed hard and looked away. "Shut up! I'm not staring at you, just wanted a puff!" I replied quickly trying to save me ass but blushing hard. "Mhmnm." He hummed and passed his cigarette over. I took it and made eye contact with him as I hit it then exhausted the smoke watching him as he watched me so intensely. I handed him back his cigarette and grinned. "It's rude to stare man." I mocked him and giggled as he rolled his eyes smiling.
