Best Friends Brother

Everything was blurry, and she couldn't breath. Jordyn and her brother Katsuki Bakugo we're walking home after getting there acceptance letter to UA when in the blink of an eye they were swollewed by a green blob. Jordyn heard her best friend Kari scream and run towards her and started clawing her way through the goup. Katsuki set off an explosion that set Kari backwards along with other debris. When the strawberry blonde got back up and when Jordyn got one good look at her, there was blood pouring down her forehead and off her cheek, and she held her ribs with one arm while coughing up blood and with one arm attempting to save her best friend. "Kari," Jordyn mumbled one last time before Bakugo set off another explosion and sending Kari backwards again and then her ears rang and her vision turned black.

When Jordyn woke up she found herself in her own bed at her house. She rubbed her eyes and made sure she wasn't having a dream, but she heard her parents speaking from the kitchen. "Is Kari doing better?" Mitsuki asked Masaru. "I think so, after they went in and fixed her ribs I think she's done better." Jordyn jumped up and ran into the kitchen, "WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND?!" She yelled. "She's at the hospital, after-" Jordyn ran off before Masaru could finish. She ran up to her room, put on some new clothes, fixed her hair and ran to the hospital.

Jordyn sprinted to Kari's room and found Eijiro and Katsuki sitting there in silence, but Kari wasn't there. "Where's Kari?" Jordyn asked as tears filled her eyes. "There bringing her out of surgery," Eijiro said. "Is she okay?" Jordyn asked. "Good I guess, this surgery I suppose to help us know a little more," Eijiro said quietly.
"Excuse me," Someone said behind Jordyn. She turned around and saw a nurse wheeling in Kari on her bed. Jordyn moved out of the way and they wheeled her in. "Hi guys," Kari whispered but didn't open her eyes. Jordyn notices Katsuki stared at her with sorry eyes as if to say, 'I'm so sorry for what I did to you'. Jordyns eyes filled with tears at the condition of her best friend. Bandages were wrapped around her forehead and her ribs. The nurse hooked up the IV and covered Kari with a blanket. Kari has cuts and bruises all over her face and arms. "U guys doing okay?" Kari asked quietly still not opening her eyes. "Yea, how are you? Do you need anything?" Jordyn asked sitting on her right side while the boys sat in her left. "Naw I'm fine. "Where's Katsuki?" Kari asked slowly putting her palm to the air so he can touch it. "Hey," he said quietly and laid his hand on hers. "Um did I miss something?" Eijiro asked looking at them. "Shutup," Katsuki said glancing at him as his cheeks turned rosey. "I'm sleepy," Kari said. "Go to sleep then," Katsuki said. "But I don't wanna ignore you guys," she said finding his hair and ruffling it. "Kari, don't be that way. Go to sleep," Jordyn said laughing. "Fine," Kari said smiling and quickly falling asleep.
"Hey, Jordyn, Katsuki you wanna come to the store with me to get Kari a bunch of stuff?" Eijiro asked. Katsuki shook his head and Jordyn nodded.

Eijiro and Jordyn carries armloads of bags of stuff for Kari. "You think this is enough stuff?" Jordyn asked. "Maybe," Eijiro said. "I know this is out of the question but are you seeing anyone?" "No, why?" Jordyn asked blushing. "I-I was wondering if you u-uh wanted to um maybe go out ona date sometime?" He said blushing hard. "Sure," Jordyn said smiling at him. "Uh lets take this stuff to Kari," he said and she nodded.

When Eijiro opened the door he saw Katsuki with his arms crossed on the edge of Kari's bed asleep while Kari laid there holding his hand and asleep. Jordyn pulled out her phone, clicked a pic, and they walked on in.
