INTRODUCTION
UNTIL WE BLEED
▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁

Adaline Yaxley harbored an insatiable appetite for power. It had pierced through the pale, miserable defender that enveloped her being and injected itself into her veins, claiming the empty vessel as a permanent residence in which it festered and seethed. As the crimson liquid slithered from thin limbs to her livelihood in a vicious fury, ambition feasted.

Possessed by the tales of glory that dripped from her father's tongue like poison, slaughtering the last remnants of childhood innocence, Adaline grew manipulative and apathetic. Her focus remained fixated on achieving the greatness destiny guaranteed for her, one that would rival what the Dark Lord had once secured and foolishly lost. But she would not suffer the same pitiful fate. With bloodied hands and barred teeth, Adaline would grasp onto power, thrashing and clawing until a final breath slipped through parted lips.

Entering her fifth year, Adaline's pursuits remain unchanged, accompanied solely by one new assignment: Destroy the insufferable blood-traitor whose existence had plagued her for the previous four years. For Percy Weasley stood in the way of her glory, and that was a deadly game to play.

author's note
revamp! school has made me remember how to write decently again, so i hope this isn't too terrible. i feel like too many metaphors can come off as pretentious so i tried not to do that lol

if the quote wasn't a hint, this story will definitely be tragic....but i'm excited to write it! anyway, adaline and percy will definitely go through a lot and i already feel bad for them

vote and comment! thx
