He wasn't always like this. He used to be kind, loving, sweet, and even romantic. She closes her eyes as the familiar pain in her heart continues. Ever since the twins were born two years ago, her husband and mate has left her in the dust. The first time he cheated on her, she tried to convince herself it wasn't real, that she just had heart burn. The second time she caught him. He had slept with her best friend, Cindy, and the pain and reality of the situation had finally sunk in. She couldn't leave though. He was all she ever knew. She glanced at her two children, and sighed. This shouldn't be how her poor babies had to live, and the thought of her sister downstairs with Frank made her sick. Denise didn't know how life had gotten this bad, but she knew if something didn't change she wouldn't live much longer.
