We've been best friends for years. 17 years going strong id say. It was any typical day and we decided to have a anime marathon on a hot summer afternoon. "Hey dumbass" Marcel yelled at me from my kitchen, he was fixing us a snack while I was setting up in the living room for our marathon. "Yeah shit face what?" I semi yelled back. "I want ice cream, its hot as hell outside don't you have any?" He said. "You know damn well my family's broke, lets just go out to get some" I tell him. "Fine, get out here then." He told me. I sigh and get up walking to where he was. Marcel was putting on his shoes and glanced at my guitar. "Hey, bring your guitar with you we should sing outside for some coins" He said. "Sure why not." We walk to to ice cream store and get our favorite flavors. "Ew why do you always get chocolate, no taste at all" Marcel says as he fake rolls his eyes at me. "Ok mr mint chocolate im a simple woman kay?" I fake roll my eyes back. We both giggle and walk outside to sit on a bench. We sit and talk for a while and finish our ice cream. I grab my guitar and start to strum a few notes when Marcel takes my guitar from me. "Hey!" I say before he starts to sing.

I slightly blush at the lyrics. I start to sing after him.

He lets out an attractive laugh. Suddenly we see a crowd gather around us, we continue to sing. After repeating the same verses I sing his verse with him for the last time and harmonize. "What do you want from my world, you're a good little girl"He sings. "Im a good little little girl" I say instead of his lyric. He turns towards me with a blush and the song ends. A few people toss coins towards our cup and even dollar bills and clap then walk away. After the crowd is gone we sit down and look inside the cup. "Is that a $20 dollar bill-" I say as I fish it out of the cup. It was. Our eyes meet and they widen then we both start to jump up and down. "Omg omg omg how did we make this much?" I ask in disbelief. " I don't know but im so happy I could kiss you right now" Marcel says. I stop jumping. "...really?" He stops as well. "I mean yeah.." I didn't question it as ive had a secret crush on him for about 3 years. I gave his a small peck on his lips. He turns red. "Y-you're not supposed to be that bold.." He says as he turns away with a pout. I let out a small giggle and then suddenly grab my guitar. "FIRST ONE TO THE HOUSE GETS TO PICK THE FIRST SHOW WE WATCH" I yell and start to run. "Hey! No fair wait up!" Marcel yells after me. He chases me all the way to the house.I laugh seeing him out of breath "Come here you-" He says running after me. I yelp and run into the house. He runs in right after me and tackles me to the ground. We go into a laughing fit. "Your too much.." Marcel says. I hum in response. I wanna stay like this forever, just marcel and me.
