My family and I stood waiting in the lobby of a hotel where we were going to meet my parents coworkers. My mom was telling me that her coworkers had a son that was around my age. My parents have never met their son, their coworkers just talked about him to them as they did about my sister and me. I got a really excited. I really hoped he was cute, then maybe we could talk and who knows maybe even date! The thought of it made me blush. My dad on the other hand, being the overprotective dad that he is, overheard our conversation and told me not to get any ideas because he knows how I get with boys. At least cute ones. I'm the type to fall for guys really easily based off of their looks and appearance, but I fall even harder for personality.

I was standing with my sister and she gave me this look as if she had a feeling I was going to like him already. After liking so many guys she has a way of predicting whether I'm going to like a guy or not and usually she's right. My sister suddenly had to go to the bathroom and my mom had told her to run to the restroom real fast and come back. Apparently they weren't too far from where we were standing in the hotel, so my sister took off and ran to the bathroom really fast.

My parents were facing the direction that their coworkers were going to come in through, but I was just looking around back in my sisters direction behind them. I didn't want to meet them alone without my sister. It's awkward when that happens. All of the attention is just put on you and you stand there looking stupid as ever. It's happened to me a lot and I didn't want it to happen again, but sadly my prayers weren't answered and I could here my parents being to say hi in front of me. I look behind me to see if my sister was coming but there was no sign of her. I didn't want to meet them by myself! Well I guess I have to now.

As I was in my thoughts my parents coworkers stood right in front of my parents and began saying hi to one another. That's when I snapped out of it and fix myself up before having to meet these people.

"Hi! It's so great that we're finally getting together! Especially with our families." My parents coworker said. She seemed very nice by the way she spoke.
I was still behind my parents attempting to hide. "Oh and this is our son Aidan!" She said with an excited tone.

"Aidan...was a nice name." I thought with a smile. I could hear my parents saying hi to Aidan and shake his hand. Then suddenly I feel my mom grab onto my shoulders and begin to push me in front of them!

"This is our oldest daughter Giselle!" My mom said holding onto my shoulders. I look up and smile and say hi and shake my parents coworkers hands and my head turned to look at who I presume is Aidan and right when our eyes met, boom! There was a spark between us and I could feel it!

It felt as if this magic swirl glowed and circled in my eyes and formed a heart in each one. He was so cute! (He's wearing what he's wearing in the picture) His hair was brown, short and looked really soft, his jawline was so sharp, his neck was strong and so were his arms! He has the cutest dimple and his eyes...his eyes were enchanting. I've never seen eyes so beautiful! They were a beautiful light green color. I was so lost in his eyes, it felt like getting lost in a beautiful green forest filled with wonder. My legs became weak and my face grew red. My mouth slightly parted and my heart melted. He was making me so nervous!!! I wasn't even in my best outfit for this and I looked horrible! Some first impression. But then I noticed that he was staring at me as well but instead of everything I was doing he was just giving me a simple plain smirk. I blushed even harder at his smirk.

I look up at my parents and they pushed me forward for me to shake his hand. I walk forward slowly as he stood before me with his hands behind his back, standing up slightly straight and with same smirk plastered on his face. I stuck my hand out and he did the same. Our hands connected and I felt a rush of goosebumps go up my body, suddenly over taken with a warm feeling.

"Hi." I say quietly and shyly as I shake his hand. He grinned and replied with his breathtaking, husky voice, with his eyes looking at me up and down, "Hi."
