The New Hufflepuff

Francine quick put on her Hogwarts uniform and said goodbye to her aunt and uncle before waving to her cousin before running out the door, she ran to the Hogwarts Express and got on. After the train came to a stop she grabbed her bag and suitcase soon running out of the train and towards the school carriages to get to Hogwarts. 

She fixed her messy brown hair on the carriage before getting off the second the carriage came to a brief stop, after she fixed herself up she walked into the school and towards the Great Hall but relaxed when she saw she was only the 3rd student there as she looked around she noticed a dirty old hat and Professor McGonagall behind it, her and the three other students started chatting until a storm of students entered the Great Hall. Before the ceremony started she raised her hand and asked to speak to Professor McGonagall in private, the woman agreed and walked to a corner with Francine as she shook her hand "Nice to meet you, Professor McGonagall I'm actually a 3rd year here, I joined the school a few years late but I know all of the basics because my brother taught me."

 She gave her an amused look "Your brother?" The green-eyed girl nodded "Harry Potter, my name is Francine Dessa Potter." She smiled slightly "No wonder you look so much like him." Francine slightly bowed "Now that you are in Hogwarts after you get sorted you will go to The Gryffindor Boys' Dormitory. I suppose that your brother is most likely there." Francine nodded at the woman's words "Thank you, Professor McGonagall" 

She nodded and walked back to her place before Francine sat back on her seat, hearing the names of the first years being called to be sorted until they called on her. She stood up gracefully and stood in front of the sorting hat as Professor McGonagall placed it on her head until it said 'Hufflepuff' Professor McGonagall took the sorting hat off as Francine turned around and bowed but the second she turned around she noticed a blonde staring at her from a small space in the Great Halls door, the second they made eye contact he left and Francine sat back at her chair until she heard Professor McGonagall speak once again "Francine you are to be dismissed early."

 Francine nodded, stood up, and bowed as she grabbed her luggage and made her way past everyone and out the Great Hall. She saw the same blonde-haired boy once again reading a book "Excuse me, can you please tell me where the Hufflepuff girls dormitory is?" He just lookup for a brief second just to look down at his book once again before he gave her the directions to the Hufflepuff Girls dormitory "Thank you-" I quickly noticed exactly who he was as her brother has ranted about him "Is your name Draco Malfoy?" The question seemed to have caught his attention because his head snapped up at her "Yes, why do you need to know?" 

She stepped back as she knew that Harry will kill her if he finds out she spoke to his enemy "No reason thank you!" Her voice pitched as she turned away and went to the Hufflepuff girl dormitory and was immediately welcomed by Hanna Abbott who hugged her and put her things down for her "Welcome to the Hufflepuff Dorm! we have some of the boys here as well since we all wanted to hang out so don't worry if you see a few guys here and there." She pulled the girl's arm towards the rest of the Hufflepuff students as Francine smiled and bowed at them "Nice to meet you, my name is Francine Dessa Potter." All of them looked at her in shock before Cedric finally spoke "Your Harry Potter's sister?" She nodded "I actually came here to see him more often." Hannah nodded "no wonder you look so much like them, oh! Cedric, could you do me a sweet favor?" She listened to their conversation in silence "Of course what do need?" Hannah smiled "Can you get Francine to the boys Gryffindor dormitory?" He nodded as he stood up and walked towards the door "Follow me." She quickly followed behind him "So do you even know anything about magic?" She nodded hesitantly as she walked closely next to him "Harry taught me each time he came home to visit." 

He smiled but his expression changed when he saw the famous Draco Malfoy standing in front of their way "Get out of the way Malfoy!" Francine jumped at Cedric's voice, she always had hearing problems anytime somebody screams or a loud noise is near her so she lightly pulled on Cedric's hand and whispered into his ear "I'm sorry about that Francine." He covered her ears as him and Draco started yelling until Harry opened the door Draco was leaning on and slightly tripped and she covered her mouth to his a small giggle before she ran to harry and hugged him immediately, smiling happily when she felt harry hug her back "Looks like little Potter has a girlfriend." 

Francine pulled away from the hug and looked at the blonde who had spoken before Harry spoke as well "She's not my girlfriend Draco, she's my younger sister." Her pet rat climbed onto her shoulder as he glared at Draco before I looked at Harry and hugged him one more time "I'm going to go unpack my things, oh Cedric do you think you can help me?" Cedric looked down on her and nodded before motioning her to follow him as he walked off, slowing down to let her catch up with him "So you know who Draco is?" Francine nodded "Harry hates him and he's a really mean Slytherin."

 He nodded "He's also a spoiled brat who can buy his way out of trouble." Cedric smiled at her words "I'm happy somebody actually understands that." Francine smiled widely and entered the Hufflepuff Girls Dormitory with Cedric behind her, he grabbed her bags and carried it to the empty dormitory where Francine was going stay before both of them started to unpack "Thank you so much for helping me, Cedric!"

 He shook his head and smiled "It's alright, no need to thank me." Francine gave him a wide smile before her smile turned into a frown as she saw Draco behind Cedric leaning on the doorframe, Cedric quickly noticed and turned around to see Draco and two other boys smirking their asses off "How cute two hufflepuffs in love." Cedric growled under his breath.

 "Get out Draco." Francine hid behind Cedric as Draco and Cedric started arguing until Francine's pet rat popped onto her shoulder and glared at Draco and the other two boys "Get out please, your invading my privacy." A small voice came from behind Cedric, it was Francine and she had somehow gathered up strength to talk back to the famous Draco Malfoy but he just rolled his eyes and kept arguing with Cedric until a loud high pitched scream came from the girl "BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP!!" The second she said that everything went silent as they looked at her in shock until Francine passed out cold and the last thing she could see was Draco and Cedric running toward her.
