We Feel The Most Alive When We Are Close To Death

     Have you ever had an experience so terrifying as a child, that it haunts you for the rest of your life? For some people it could be something like a near-death experience in a natural disaster, having someone in your life who had tried to affect your life in a negative way, or something that you, yourself, could have avoided. Although, these are terrifying to experience as a child, how many can bring themselves to admit to something inhuman or paranormal? 

     The barrier between what is on the other side and the living is very thick and almost impenetrable, all the while still being very thin to slip into. 'How could it be thick, but still thin at the same time?', you may ask. Well, in this world there are tools and beings with the ability to easily phase right though this barrier to communicate with the unknown. These tools or beings you may be familiar due to television, books, or firsthand experience. Spirit Boards, Séances, or more technical tools such as EVP and Ghost Boxes are the most popular ways to communicate with those on the other side. However, there is also the chance that those on the other side will bypass needing a medium of some sort and come directly to their chosen target. So when that happens, what are we to do? Most would scream or back pedal out of this uncomfortable situation. Others can become curious and explore this supernatural being and their purpose of showing themselves. There is much discussion on what exactly are we to do when dealing with the dead, be they good or evil. Although there is much to be talked about on this topic, the results are inconclusive. 

     The beings of the other side can be many things. Ghosts, Ghouls, Apparitions, or Demons, whatever they have been forced to become. The only thing that is for certain is that they are made and they are not of the living. There is also the chance that these beings are living amongst us in our daily lives. 

     If such an idea does not terrify you, you are one of the stronger minded of us. However, it should and this experience that I will be telling of should put such thoughts in your head. It should terrify you of the thought of such an encounter changing who you are as a person. Who you would become later in life due to such an encounter.

     You may think that this story is just meaningless or a cheap attempt at a horror story, but I assure you, the things that I had seen, felt, and hear are very much real.
