Not like her

Chapter one

        I stared at the old yellow house where I have lived my whole life. Leaving here was both dreadful yet exhilarating.
        
        It's time people know who i am. Although I will miss my aunt, of course she did raise me after all.
     
        As I walk down the long hallway full of pictures and memories I feel my heart begin to ache.
   
       I walk down the stars with my trunk and make my way to the kitchen.
       
      "Oh good morning darling!" my aunt says ask she embraced me into a warm hug.
    
        I hug her back and make my way to the car. " I have set everything up at school.
    
        Your father, while not pleased about your sudden interest in Hogwarts, is expecting you at 6 pm as you get off the train dear"
        
          my aunt says to me as she pulls out of the driveway. " oh hun i am just so excited for you to do all your magical stuff!
    
       What house do you think you will get!" I think now's a good time to mention my aunt is a muggle.       

       And my auntie isn't related to me, she's more of a family friend.
   
        " Yes auntie, I can't wait, if I get anything but slytherin I will feel ashamed. I must impress my father," I say.
 
        Although my mother was a gryffindor she is the last thing i want to be like. She abandoned me and my father and she chose her other life.
    
         I finally get to the train station and make my way to the Hogwarts train.

          When I walk aboard I realize this is when I have to find a place to sit. I know it's going to be hard transferring at the start of fifth  year.

       But it's worth it. I walk to an empty booth and sit down. Certainly no one will want to sit next to the new girl so I should be fine.
   
         " Excuse me, is this seat taken?" I hear a soft voice say. I look up and see a blond girl with a funny looking outfit standing there.

        I nod at where to sit. " Hi, I'm Luna lovegood. I haven't seen you before, are you new?" she asks as I look back out the window.

         " yes i just transferred here. I'm liyhla...snape" i hesitantly. I know my dad isn't one of the favorite teachers at Hogwarts but he vistings me as much as possible and I know he loves me so much which is more than I can say for my mom.
   
        " your professor snape's daughter?" she says. I expect her to get up and walk away but instead she says

           " that so cool. Who's your mom tho?" I sat there for a second debating if I should tell her when my attention gets pulled to a three kids walk passed where we're sitting.
          
           The boy with black hair and greenish blue eyes and glasses stops in his traces when we lock eyes. I stand up as he opens the door.
   
     " liyhla..." he says as he looks at me. " you know her, shes professor snape's daughter isn't that lovely" luna says i stand there in silence.

         Of course I know who Harry Potter is, but how the hell does he know me?
   
              " you know who i am, but how." I question. " I found one of my mom's journals and she wrote about how she had a baby who was 10 months older than me.

           Of course I don't believe it. I thought it was my cousin who was playing a joke on me, until I got a letter about three months ago with a picture of you and your name on the back.
     
        I have no clue who sent it but I thought it musnt be true. But here you are." he says in disbelief
   
        The boy and girl next to him look at each other, mouths wide open " impossible" the red headed boy lets out.

         I suddenly feel a rush of anger as i rushe past the trio. I hate harry potter. My mother chose him.as I'm rushing down the train I feel my foot trip over something as I slam against someone then fall to the floor.
  
       "Watch where you're going you filthy mudblood" I hear a voice snicher.
 
        I look up from the ground to see a blond head boy with grey eyes with a mad expression. I get up and dust myself off. " excuse me?" i say to him

             " wait tell my father hears about this, you be down at hogwarts before you can be sorted" he says nastily. I laugh so loud I have to cover my mouth to not draw attention.
   
           I step closer to him and say " oh hun wait tell MY father hears about this."

         "Oh yeah and who might that be if you dont know I'm Draco, Draco Malfoy?" he says.

          I copy him and say " oh really, wow. Well if you didnt know im liyhla, liyhla snape." his mouth drops " that absurd snape doesn't have a daughter"

        i smile and begin to walk away. I turn around and stare directly in his eyes " see you around malfoy"
   
         As I walk into an empty booth I sigh and look out the window. We can't get to Hogwarts sooner.
