today is the day for me to go to hogwarts. i've been waiting for this day to come and im so excited. im y/n lucienne cudmore. yes, the daughter of marquis cudmore. people here, already knows me even though i barely go out. they knows me from my father. well he told the world about me just a week ago. why you ask? its for my own safefy (you'll know later what the safety is about)
2 hour later
i finally arrived at hogwarts. wow i was speechless. hogwarts was a large castle and really are beautiful. even beautiful than i what i was expected. it was build at the mountain area to avoid muggles to know.
after taking a good look at the castle my father is about to go back home.
marquis: be safe here. ill ask a professor to look after you.
y/n: i can take care of myself.. no need to ask anyone to do that father.
marquis: you have to understand its only you what i have left. its for your own safety.
y/n: alright.. goodbye father.
he smiled and waved goodbye at me. suddenly theres this red hair boy come towards me.
percy: y/n cudmore isnt?
y/n: um.. yes who are you?
percy: im percy, the prefect of gryffindor and i was sent by mcgonagall to company you to the great hall. y/n: oh okay lets go i guess?
he nodded and smile and walked as i was following him.
meanwhile in the great hall
mcgonagall: may i have your attention please? professor dumbledore would like to say something before we start our feast.
dumbledore: thank you professor. now i would to welcome our new student to come in front to sort your house.
third person's pov
draco: probably another filthy mudblood
draco said while smirking to himself.
goyle: didn't you read the paper last week? she is a cudmore.
draco: a cudmore? wait.. what? how?
goyle: yes, her father is marquis, the man that literally half of the azkaban prisoners were caught because of him. he just revealed about her and everyone was crazy about it.
draco: how come he would hide his daughter? thats weird?
crabbe: it isn't weird honestly. he hide her because she wants her to be safe. i guess he was scared that maybe there's some dark wizard group will take her as a host to convince him to stop catch criminals wizard.
draco: awh she must be daddy's little girl
he and crabbe laughs.
goyle: look there she is!

y/n's pov
i enter the great hall just to see everyone gasp and whispering. am i that surprising or what? i walked towards dumbledore and theres this hat that he hold in his hand. i believe that is the sorting hat?
dumbledore: ah, mrs cudmore welcome to hogwarts! he greet me and i smile at him.
y/n: thank you professor..
dumbledore: i will put this hat on you alright?
i nodded and he put me on his head.
sorting hat: AH! cant believe theres another cudmore!
i just flinch hearing that cause the sorting hat was loud.
sorting hat: its just seems like yesterday that i sort your parents. i can see in your mind that you're really ambitious and clever.. but importantly cunning! better be.. Slytherin!!
father told me he was slytherin so i was quite happy but at the same time i was a bit worried.. they said slytherin full with bad people? i dont even know if thats true.. well we will see..
the slytherin house claps for me once the sorting hat said that i was a slytherin. i got up happily and sat on the their table. there was this white blond hair guy, eyeing me up and down but i just knock it off.
in the dorm
i sat on my bed, unpack my things and suddenly theres two girls came in and smile at me.
"hi im athelia!" the girl with black hair said smiley.
"im ciara, nice to meet you" said the short one.
y/n: oh.. uhm hi im-
athelia: y/n lucienne cudmore.
she laughs and proceed.
athelia: no need to introduces yourself, literally everyone knows you.
ciara: true you're really famous lately though!
y/n: well thank you... i guess?
ciara: start from now, we'll be your friend!
athelia: yeah!! if you need anything just tell us!
y/n: thank you again.. you guys are so kind
ciara: its nothing honestly haha
athelia: you should go sleep im sure you're tired. me and ciara will be down for a while.
y/n: oh okay ill just be here since i have to unpack my things
they nodded and get out of our room. well thats kinda good? they seems nice, thank god theres no toxic person here. well i guess this is the new chapter in my life. i hope things will be fine for me here..
