This is a story about the reader Y/N Uzumi who is Kota Uzumi's older sibling and is the eldest child of the pro hero team water hose who got kidnapped by the LOV at the age of ten to expand their quirk and turn them into a villain along with them. Fortunately the pros found and rescued Y/N and now their in U.A. high based on recommendations, they've got into class 1b but now he has an urge that he can't seem to get rid of no matter what he tries to do, what is this urge and what is it telling them to do, and how will he respond?

Quirk: Water Manipulation- Y/n can control any water around them in a 10m. radius of their own body, although their quirk is nullified to not being able to do the human bodies water they can take the water from plants. They can control what state the water is in as well so they can make it go from being a small mist to a blanket or ice or snow. The more they use their quirk as well the more of a headache they'll get and their nose will also start to bleed and they'll get dehydrated, so overuse of their quirk could lead to them passing out.
Disclaimer: I did make Dabi younger than he is canonly just so the age gap wouldn't be huge, so in this he is only 19. And is still making a name for himself.
