Well this is based an anime called parasyte. To sum the anime up, there are theses aliens. They came to earth to infected people. Now these aliens ( parasyte) will try to go for your brain so they can take over your body.  Once they do, they are able to  copy looks. And oh I almost forgot these parasyte's eat people-
Tasty am I right? But there are some that went wrong, like the main character's infection, the parasyte infected his arm and the parasyte is working with the main character, to kill as many other parasyte's as possible. (The only reason why he's doing that is because the main character is the parasyte's life line)
Well, I think that sums it up.
