“We are the last generation that can prevent irreparable damage to our planet,” - (General Assembly President María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés, 2019)

These were the words spoken in the Seventy-Third Session, High-Level Meeting on Climate and Sustainable Development. These words emphasised the growing concern for climate change. Despite this, the USA pulled out from the Paris Climate Treaty. Countries around the world began facing the imminent threat, imposing strict environmental laws to help stop the irreversible change.

2020 was one of the hardest years we experienced. A cruel pandemic, threat of wars with US-Iran and India-China, and the tonne of environmental issues from wildfires to eruptions. Suffering and Despair was widespread, with people starving or dying. Some governments, however, decided to take opportunity of these disasters to push inhumanitarian laws, designed to violate civil rights, silence the people, and manipulate the media. Oh how foolish and shortsighted, they did not see the imminent problem, or cared little at all to take action.

2020 was a hard year. Unfortunately, it would only be the first of the many following years.

A major war broke out between China and India, USA, seeing that this war is beneficial to their economic interests, secretly began helping India in the war. China noticed, and political & diplomatic squabbles soon broke out. Soon, countries were dragged on the war, distracting everyone from what could have been prevented. The Third World War erupted.

The war lasted 11 years. Countless lives were wasted, cities were erased from the map, and countries were dissolved, broken, or annexed by larger countries. The climate change issue, by now, is irreversible, and major disasters, such as the great typhoon Norio that struck Taiwan and Korea on the '27, and the great Belgian Earthquake of the '30 has started to become a larger scare. There was nothing more to do, and soon European Countries, like Belgium, France, UK, and the likes all fell into revolutions, civil wars, and political shenanigans.

UK, with the growing discontent among the nations, low war effort, and the tragic losses in the Third World War, suddenly erupted into a revolt. Scotland decided to leave the Union. A civil war broke out, killing at least 4 Million. Soon, there was no more United Kingdom, only the memory of the former Pax Britannia.

USA fell into a revolution, with syndicalists, anarchists, and fascists dividing the country into three. The Commune of America, the Anarchists, and the Syndicalist of Atlantic.

Similar to the USA, France had a Syndicalist uprising. With the President abdicating, Syndicalists soon became the leading political stance of the French.

China was partitioned by Russia, NATO, USA, and India. Hong Kong and Macau were freed as independent nations, although they had to rebuild. The USA's part, after they collapsed, was left to be independent, which called theirselves the "Independent States of China", with Nanking as their capital.

Revolution spread like wildfire, and soon the people in my country wanted one as well. The corrupt oligarchs in the government was in panic and tried to suppress dissent.

But Revolution is coming. And no amount of suppression can stop the inevitability of a revolution.
