Chapter 8

~Time skip to next day~

Your P.O.V

You were walking to DWMA with Liz, Patty and Kid. But Kid seemed too quiet for you. He usually would complain how everything is asymmetrical but today, he didn't. Sadly, when ever you asked him what's wrong he kept saying the same thing. 
"Everything is fine Evi" Kid kept walking not even paying attention to you. You kind of felt sad but you just went with it. When we arrived at the acadamy Kid went straight in leaving you with the Thompsons sisters. They quickly looked at you as they wanted something from you. At that moment you realized that today was your first day to go on a mission. Though you didn't really looked forward to it as you may do something wrong and mess up the whole mission. You came to the point where your childhood memories ran past your head. No one knows your secret which you thought would be better for everyone (you will find out a bit later). Your arm transformed into a chainsaw, a shiny and sure big one.
"Wanna go then?" You grinned and looked at the sisters, who gave me smiles. You went into the acadamy wondering where Kid could be, trying to find him. You knocked on the Death Lord's door waiting for an answer. When you heard him shouting "Come in" you opened the door noticing that Kid was standing right next to his father. 
"Um...am I interupting something? Because if yes then I can go away" You pointed backwards not really sure what's going on.
"No, no, no Evi you are just in time! I've decided that you should try to go on a mission by yourself. I know how talented you are and I'm sure you can beat some butts right?" He laughed but you couldn't see his real face really.
"Um, sure?"
"Right! You can go right away but I will warn you first. Where you are going is quite hot so just be prepared for some heatwaves" You raised your eyebrow. He was so confusing from times to times.

~Time skip to the mission~

Evi's P.O.V

I was sitting in a bar in a little village which is in the middle of a desert. Everyone in there was drunk and beating the others up. Some dudes even tried to flirt with me but in return they got a black eye. I was suppose to get secret documets from a guy who stolen them from DWMA. I didn't knew where exactly they are but I know that they are in this building. I saw a man coming down from the upstairs with a woman, arm over her shoulders. 'The might be there' I thought. When I was sure they were far enough to not to spot me, I stood up and sneaked to the stairs looking around to see if anyone was looking. I walked upstairs slowly and carefully. At the top, there were two doors leading to two seperete rooms.
"Hmm...one, (left) two, (right) three, (etc) four, nothing...is...going...to...stop...me...from...opening...this...door" My finger lands on the right door, meaning I have to go in there now. I stepped a step closer and put my hand on the handle which seemed really hot for some reason. I opened the door finding...a cupboard in there. There were no traps too, which seemed akward too. I didn't want to spend longer there than I had to so I quickly opened the draw and found the documents
"These losers don't know how to hide things" I chuckled and put them into my little bag and walked out leaving everything how it was. I froze when I turned and there was a man infront if me.
"Hey what are you doing here?!" He looked pretty pissed, while he was pulling his gun out I turned my arm into a scythe. I blocked the bullet when he shot and knocked him down by hitting him in the head with the side of my scythe. This wasn't over yet. There were a group of them outside waiting for me to coome out. I coulnd't let any kind of creep to put me down just like that. I ran down the stairs and outside founding myself surrounded. I grinned as all of them pointed their guns at me. 
"You want to do it the hard way then, huh?" My arm turned back to normal then it turned into a chainsaw. "Come at me!" One by one, souls were flying everywhere.

Nothing to be seen in that village anymore.
