Everyone lost something when mother went back to the hospital.
Father is at work more often, and when he comes home he is always angry. He lost his composure.
Natsuo stopped making jokes, he even stopped smiling. He lost his happiness.
Fuyumi stopped making us yummy snacks, and tucking us in before bed. She lost her warmth.
Shoto no longer defends us against father's rage, he doesn't even speak. He lost his morals.
And I lost sunshine.. now everything is always stormy, even when it's light outside.
I wondered what they would lose if I left.
