The longing I hold is not for money
The longing within me is not for fame
The longing within me is not for power
This longing is for you
This longing is for your smile
This longing is for your laugh
This longing is for your touch, your kiss, your attention.
This longing is eating me from the inside. Removing all that I am, and replacing it with a monster. A monster with green eyes and yellow teeth. A monster, that, may very well devour my very being and leave me an empty husk. Leave me a void that is capable of nothing but longing.
