Patrick Snape turned 11 on 3 April 1990. Patrick lives with his anut Joanne and uncle José. Patrick's aunt Joanne works as a healer at St. Mungo's and his uncle José works at Oxford University as a Professor of Chemistry. Patrick currently goes to private school where he is the troublemaker. He is in math class when the girl he is in love with Taylor pokes him and points to the widow. He rolls his eyes at her blushing and opens the window to let the owl in. Then he shuts the window with a snap making the teacher look up and ask them why is there an owl in class. Patrick then sees the letters from Hogwarts, Durmstrang, and Beauxbatons. He also kisses Taylor on her cheek on his way back to his seat and hands Taylor her letters too. The teacher sees this and yells at Patrick to keep his hands to himself. When she turns back around to write on the board he says in a not so quiet voice for her to go fuck herself. The teacher then turns back around, asks Patrick to come up to the front of the room and gives him a week's worth of detention because he told her to go fuck herself. Patrick rolls his eyes and makes Taylor blush. When Patrick got home from school he punches a wall and thinks to himself I shouldn't have said that to the teacher as he waits for his aunt Joanne to get home. When his aunt Joanne gets home he askes her about the letters that he recived because nobody ever write to him. She isn't mad at him for getting detention but she is mad because he put a hole in the wall. She says write back to the three schools to see if they will respond. He only gets a letter back from Hogwarts signed by a man name Professor Snape. Patrick wonders why the name sounds familiar to him. He knocks on his aunt and uncle's bedroom door. Patrick asks "Aunt Joanne, Uncle José do you guys have a minute?" They nod and ask "what is up kiddo?" "Um this may sound weird but who are my parents?" Patrick asks. His uncle Josè answers "We only knew your mother Delphine. She was my younger sister and your aunt's best friend." "Thank you. How did she die?" Patrick says. His aunt Joanne says, "We don't know how your mother died but she named us your guardians before you were born." "Sorry about the hole in the wall" Patrick says as he heads off to his room stopping by the bathroom to brush his teeth. As he is brushing his teeth he remembers a lot of noise the day his mom and baby sister died. As he looks at his reflection in the mirror he notices his dark black eyes and his dark black hair. He then heads to his room wondering who and where his father is. He write another letter to Professor Snape asking him if he knew his dad. Professor Snape writes back to Patrick and the letter says "Will you meet me in Diagon Alley tomorrow send back answer with the owl." Patrick writes on the back of the letter "Yes i will but tomorrow is Friday I have school could we meet on Saturday instead send answer back with the owl." Snape writes back and answers "Saturday works for me. Meet me in the Leaky Cauldron." Patrick writes back "Where in London is the Leaky Cauldron?" Snape writes back "The Leaky Cauldron is next to Ye Olde Time book store." Patrick writes back "Yeah I know right where that is. I live a block away from there. What time should I be there by Professor Snape?" Snape writes back "Please be there by 12." Patrick writes back "Ok see you then." The next morning Patrick asks his aunt and uncle if he can go to Diagon Alley at 12 noon on Saturday. His aunt Joanne says that she will drop him off on her way to work. That Saturday Patrick arrives at the Leaky Cauldron at 11:45. He waits only 5 minutes for professor Snape to arrive. "Hi. How are sir?" asks Patrick as he tries to hide his right hand from Snape. "I am fine Patrick. How are you" asks Snape. "I am doing good sir" answers Patrick.
