Inside Ghost's apartment building
POV: Ghost
Well then, that was one hell of a mission. Even for a freelancer. But the pay was pretty good. I'm surprised they gave this much for just a single mission. I pondered why they just gave away so much money for a simple get in get out job.
Well, at least its enough to get out of this place and get back to Canada." I said Its been to long since I've been back. I wonder how its been there.
A song starts playing from Ghost's phone.
"Huh? Who the hell is calling this late?" I wonder as I answer the call, I immediately recognize the voice as the person from halcyon who gave me the job.
"Hello Ghost. We are here to give you an opportunity." The voice said.
"An opportunity? What do you mean?"
"We wanted you to join Halcyon."
"What do you mean? Why do you want me?" I questioned, confused.
"We have seen Your skills on the field, and we thought you were skilled enough to join us."
Well there goes that trip back to Canada. "Sure, I don't see a reason why I shouldn't accept."
"Good, we will send you coordinates and we want you to be there by tomorrow." The voice instructed.
"Got that, I'll see you in awhile."
"We hope we will. Don't disappoint us Ghost."
Beep.
Well. I should get moving.
