Normal Life (Chapter 1)

Annalee's POV

My sister, Uni and I, were playing Frisbee outside in our backyard. I threw the Frisbee to Uni, and she missed it and almost fell on the ground. "Oh my god you are so bad!" I joked. Uni got the Frisbee and looked at me with a glare. "Better than you! You can't even throw it right." Uni said as she threw it to me. I caught in with no problem and saw Uni glare at me once again. I threw it to her perfectly, and somehow she didn't catch it. "Look who's talking! Amature!" I said laughing. While I was laughing, I didn't notice Uni threw the Frisbee at me. I had fast reactions though, and caught it. Uni yelled "How?!?!" "I don't know." I said. Uni mumbled something under her breath that I couldn't understand. We played for about two more hours, then went back inside. I looked at the time. 4:50. Almost dinner time. "Hey Uni, what do you want for dinner tonight?" I asked her. "Hm... How about...Pizza?" Uni suggested. "Sounds good to me." I said. I ordered a pizza and it arrived a few minutes later. We ended up getting an all meat pizza, and ate the whole thing. We watched a movie together, and then got ready for bed. We have a bunk bed, and we take turns who gets the top bunk. I got to get the top bunk tonight. I climbed up to the top bunk and soon fell asleep.

Uni's POV

I woke up the next morning and saw Annalee was already up and styling her hair. She turned around and saw that I was awake. "Morning Uni." Annalee said. "Morning sis." I said getting out of bed, and getting dressed. When I was dressed, I went downstairs and saw Annalee making breakfast. I sat by the table as Annalee cooked breakfast. It was only the two of us here because..Well..reasons. Those reasons are just for safety measures though. While in my thoughts, I soon felt dizzy before I grabbed my necklace and put it on before "she" came back.. "She" would always haunt me and make sure that "she" would be set free from the necklace that I have. I'm scared that "she" will take over my mind and body someday so "she" would attack Annalee and my friends Puffy and Minty. I soon tried to calm down and looked up to see that Annalee finished making eggs and bacon. Annalee soon set plates down on the table for her and myself before we started to eat our breakfast. As I continue to eat breakfast, I still have a thought that I might hurt my own sister if I don't get my corrupted form undercontrolled. I was too shaken to where it was hard to eat my breakfast.. Before Annalee could see what's wrong, I soon got up from the table, dashed to our room, and locked the door behind me so she wouldn't get in.

Annalee's POV

I noticed that Uni ran up to our room and heard her lock the door. I picked her plate and put it in the microwave in case she wanted it later. I went upstairs and knocked on the door. "Look Uni, I know what you're doing. Don't worry about hurting me, please. I don't want you to live in constant fear of hurting me. You know I have one too, and you know you wouldn't hurt me on purpose. Please, come back out...." I said. Uni didn't respond. I put my forehead on the door and felt tears forming behind my eyes. I held them back and asked again quietly. "Please sis?" I said. Uni opened the door and hugged me, crying into my shoulder. "You're right! I shouldn't live in fear of hurting you! Just please, promise me one thing." she said, looking at me. "Yes?" I asked. "Promise me that you'll protect me... from anybody...?" she said. "I promise." I said, hugging her again. "I won't ever let anyone hurt you. Especially my and or your demon."
