One (The loving robot)

I walked into my house with my boyfriend of a couple year, we've been dating online for a long time as he was living in a couple states over for a long time.

I was ready to finally eat dinner with my boyfriend at my house.

I also want my robot -Arius- to meet him, I know a lot of people don't care about their robots as they're robots and "don't deserve respect", which makes no sense because robots are programmed to have feelings. That's just mean to treat them badly.

I walked into my fancy kitchen to see Arius making dinner with a cute pink apron on.

He got excited and turned around to look at me but his excitement fell when he looked up to see my boyfriend -Eric-.

He does know I have a boyfriend and Eric knows about Arius but they obviously never meet.

"This is my boyfriend, He'll be living here for a couple months until he gets a place.", I clapped my hands together with an eyes closed smile hoping they'd be happy. Eric just scoffed from behind me and walked past me into the kitchen to see what Arius was making while Arius just have me sad puppy dog eyes.

I sighed and gave him apologetic eyes.

"Sorry." I apologized to him which made Eric give me a weird look as he arched his brow at me.

"Why are you apologizing to the robot?" He wondered as he stared at what Arius was making in the frying pan; he was standing on Arius's left side.

I looked at him in the dimly  lit kitchen in confusion but slightly mad because I'm pretty sure I know why he said that, "what?" I tried to get him to clarify.

"It's just a stupid robot." He rolled his eyes as he walked off lining the white counter tops with his fingers. I knew that's what he meant. Why are everyone so mean to robots? They have feelings too now! I patted Arius on the shoulders and whispered "forget about him, he's just frustrated. He didn't mean it." I reinsured him making him smile.

"Thanks.", Aruis started to finish up food. He wiped his hand off onto his cute pink apron but then freaked out as he accidentally didn't wiped his hands off on the towelette.

"Sorry! I didn't mean to whip in off on the apron!" He stammered out making me giggle a bit.

"Awww, it's okay." I told him while laughing a bit, I walked over to him to confront him. Eric swagged over to us and added "you're a robot, you're meant to not mess up." He calmly judged him.

I just rolled my eyes and turned around to face Eric now to say "stop being an ass and go get settled in!" I barked at him and he just walked off without saying anything else. For a minute there I was almost sandwiched between Eric and Arius but I turned around to look back at Arius.

I cupped his face and smiled sweetly at him.

"Don't worry about him. So, what'd you make?" I changed the subject and he smiled at me. "Spaghetti! Sorry, I didn't know he was coming so I only made some for you." He chuckled nervously for messing up again.

"No, it's fine!" I asked him.

I went to my bedroom wearing a robe with nothing under it hoping I can make Eric feel better in a different way. I opened the door to try to seduce Eric, I seen him leaning against the bed frame while smokinga cigarette in my bedroom. When he seen me he got a smirk on his face.

"This is what I want!" He continued "get to the bed!" He ordered as he put out his cigarette.
