At the party after the wedding she mainly sat down and ate cake the whole time. The only part she really liked was the presents at the end. Yes 10 year old Cassy loved presents, she thinks it makes her feel like every one loves her and she if famous but the true thing (no one likes her they think sh wish a spoilt brat)
'Mum' complained Casey's little sister fifi 'why can't we go get ice cream this whole party is a bit boring and I don't get why u are having it'
'Not right now we don't have time I have to go to the air port to get my-' mum stoped
'Oh ummmmm hi' said a familiar voice cassy reconised
'Oh it you' said cassy not even bothering to keep the sarcasm out of her voice 'what in the world are u doing here u know we dont like you'
The familiar voice (John Casey's mums old husband) ran of. Cassy continued walking to the brand new BMW Casey's mums new husband (Peter ) bought her.
'Soo mum' cassy said 'about that new phone'
'Cassy be patient if u are u never know when u might—'
'OMG MUM' cassy screamed
They had just pulled up right out side the Apple store. The shelves were full of the newest phones like the brand new 11 pro max!
'Mum can I get a new phone?!' Cassy asked
'Yes' said her mother covering her ears because she knew the happiness that will come.
