Callum and Rayla were walking hand in hand down the stone path.
"Aye, Step-prince!" Soren picked up Callum, prying his hand from Rayla. She was a bit annoyed that Soren had picked him up without asking.
"Put me down Soren!" Callum yelled angrily.
"Do you wanna go back with your girlfriend?" Soren made some kissing noises and smirked.
"Yes!" Callum yelled again, trying to pull himself loose of Soren's tight grasp. Rayla was surprised, Callum normally never fought back against Soren.
"Ok! Ok.....! What's gotten into you?" Soren said, putting Callum back down.
"I just wanna be with my girlfriend." Callum said after being put down, then giving Rayla an affectionate kiss on the cheek.
"Are you sure....?" Rayla knew this behavior with Callum.
Soren took a hint and left the tender moment whistling.
Callum dipped his head seeming to be ashamed.
"I had a dream Claudia was here and she...." Callum paused and seemed in rage.
"She was just here." He rapidly changed the subject.
"So it's very nice here huh.."
"Oh yeah, heh, it is, isn't it." Rayla knew he had just changed the subject. He was uncomfortable about something. She also knew he still had small feelings for Claudia. She respected that it's hard to give up someone you knew for a long time. However she also knew that Callum loved herself not Claudia, so she decided to leave him be instead of making him more uncomfortable.
