Six months. Six months I've been in this prison, with the grime sinking down the walls of the inexpensive, tight-filling prison toilets, to the crude bunkmates I've shared a cell with who've loved to harass me the entire time I was there and finally the guards who treated us all like we were nothing but trash who were thrown into the garbage heap.

Whoops, that was a lot. Let me summarise my time in jail for you, anger-inducing. However, I've finally been let out of that hole, free to glance apon the blue sky above me without someone prodding me with a baton. As I approach the road on my way out I can see Finneas looking at his phone so I decide to whistle with my dry mouth and he looks up and sees me, and what else but a face-splitting grin appears on his face.

"Thank god they've finally let you out" he says, however I've lost my sense of enthusiasm thanks to prison, so I just nod at him. "..." He says nothing back at me with a confused look on his face, I'm very close to punching him now thanks to my worn-down ability to hold back my anger.

"Finneas, he's just come out of prison, I doubt he really wants to talk right now," Claudia appears behind him. Claudia, one of the few people who actually came to see me during visiting times, who also may be one of my only friends now as everyone else probably either dislikes or hates me now.

"My mistake, sorry Y/N," Finneas said afterwards with an apologetic expression on his face. "Ready to leave this place now" he follows, before receiving an arm to his side from an agitated Claudia.

"Let's just leave," my gruff and worn voice speaks out, which also reflects what remains of my emotions at this point. "I'd rather not be here any longer than I need to be," before receiving understanding looks from them, then proceeding to take a seat in the car after having a door opened for me. Finneas then proceeded to start the car and start driving while I observe the fading outline of the prison, still not believing that I'm leaving the prison and instead going to... oh yeah...

"Where are we going," I ask bluntly to anyone listening, to which Claudia replies "We're taking you to Finneas's house where you can stay". Oh great, they want me to live in the same house as she does, to which Claudia immediately replies with "I know you're not been on great terms with Billie since the incident, but please you you stay there, for Finneas and me? Please?" She's practically begging me right now, but she knows that if she begs enough that I'll give into her demands, as she sees me as basically her BFF strangely. So I look at her and say:

"Got any handcuffs to keep me back?" to which she giggles with a smile, letting her know that I hadn't completely lost myself .

Everything feels like a blurry animated painting as I look out the window, becoming lost in my thoughts and drowning out all sounds until there's silence. This continues throughout the rest of the uninteresting journey from anger-inducing confinement until the car suddenly stops. I suddenly jolt back into reality, my eyes observing everything around me until they rest on Claudia, who has the door open with her hand stretched towards me with a smile. Slowly, I reach out my tired hand towards her until my palm rests in hers, to which she gently pulls me out of the car onto the pavement, with Finneas standing next to her smiling at me. I then proceed to gaze apon my surroundings until my eyes settle on a single house. With the door open. And who else do I see in the doorway? Maggie Baird, Patrick O'Connell and...

Billie Eilish.
