I woke up early in the morning ready to go to school. I got dressed in jeans and a random sweatshirt and looked at my blue orbs in the mirror as I did my hair into a bun. "Ugh I'm so ugly" I said as I stared at my tanned skin and golden locks. I did light makeup and headed downstairs to face my horrible mother. 

As I came down to the kitchen in our small 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house I noticed my mother holding a large wad of cash in her hand as she sat on a couch. She called me over "You're not going to school today. Your new owner is almost here" I gasped "My new owner???!!!" She replied with "yeah, I sold you to make money, I'm gonna go smoke weed now" she went upstairs and I heard the door creak open, it was a short Asian woman with amazing makeup, she had a grey pantsuit on and I could feel the rich emulating off of her as she walked through our house. "Hello, I'm your new owner. My name is Maia, or Mxmtoon" thoughts raced through my head 'omg Mxmtoon she's such a cool artist, I can't believe she's my new owner!!!' I stuttered out "u-uh ok" she led me to her car and I got in, and we drove to her apartment. 

When we arrived at her apartment I was in awe and the lifestyle she lived. She looked so cool! I entered her apartment and she showed me her spare room, "this is where you will sleep, we can buy you clothes tomorrow" I laid down to sleep and I dreamt sweet thoughts.

I woke up Maia making instant ramen in the microwave. "What time is it" I asked her. "Uhh 2pm" she said. "Oh my god I am so lazy" I said and she laughed. I went and got dressed into my former clothes. I walked into her kitchen, and she said "oh my gosh I almost forgot let's go shopping!!" We drove to the mall.

When we got to the mall I saw so many stores, I bought shirts from H&M and jeans from Target! We ate and laughed and had fun, I was loving this. When we got back home I put on my pajamas and she did my makeup. And then I went to sleep, not knowing about her secret. In her room she took off her teeth caps and revealed two long sharp fangs. But I slept unaware that I was living with a vampire.
