The world setting is paralel mha universe timeline without cannon villains, All Might, cannon students and with changed top rankings.

Only ocs with unique quirks are accepted.

Rules
(same like last time)

1. One liners get the heck outta here. How hard is it to combine three sentences into a paragraph which is at least a little interesting to read?

2. Try not to be overpowered and realistic. You are not All Might and All for One's secret child who can erase everybody's quirks and smash entire world to pieces.

3. If you read it up to this point, password is to tag 3 or more people you think would be interested in the rp and add your favourite cannon character! For multiple characters filling password once is enough.

4. If another person has a mind controlling quirk. You can't magically be the one person who knows how to outpower their quirk and on whom the quirk doesn't work.
