Deep in the forest sits an unassuming mansion made of wood. From the outside looking in you couldn’t tell that someone lives there. The once clean wood walls are now rotten and falling apart, the roof has more than just one hole, and the windows stay shattered. However, once you enter the unassuming mansion, it’s like you entered a different house all together. The inside is clean and pristine, paintings and photos scattered across the dark oaken walls. In the center of the ceiling sits a large, crystal chandelier, illuminating the whole room. In the upstairs portion of the house are rooms belonging to the residents of the manor. Down the hall and to the left sits a door that most people wouldn’t see as anything special, however, it’s inside that room where the most interesting part of this unassuming manor lies. Inside the room is a rusted hatch that, once opened, leads down into a facility far beneath the Earth. The walls are an offshade of white, only noticeable if one would stare at it too long. Inside this facility sits more and more rooms, home to those that call themselves “The Beings”. This is where our story begins.
