He was hiding himself under his sheets with his chest against the surface of his bed when he heard the keys of his most hated instrument, the piano, play. "F***!" he cursed upon remembering that from this day forward, his father was going to teach his new piano student at their home.
"Urgh! I hate it. F***! F***! F***!" He covered his head with his pillow and continued cursing out of disappointment.
"Why does he have to bring his student here?" he asked himself as he glared at his door. He was imagining how his father was enjoying the music he was teaching. Randy must be so glad that he could still get students after his retirement in being an instructor, but James knew to himself that he would never like that genre. The Classical music was ruining his eardrums. He despised the music. He just simply hated everything about it.
He stood up from his bed and opened his stereo with a loud and deafening music- Rock Metal. Even he was irritated by the sudden sound. But instead of adjusting the volume down, he did it up. "I'd rather by deaf than hear that stupid music," he mumbled as he dropped himself to his bed again.
He let out a deep and tired sigh. "What should I do to make her leave? I can't stand hearing that everytime I wake up," he retorted as he thought deeply about a good plan. However, he was interrupted by his father- who was actually wearing a furious face upon entering his room. He turned the stereo off and gave him a serious glare.
"Learn the word respect, young man," he coldly spoke before he locked the door again. His father was not really cold but everytime James would throw a tantrum about playing Classical Music, he would get mad at his son. It was the only thing the two would argue about. James wanted his father to forget that Music, but Randy would not. It was only way to remember their past- James' mother.
James frowned and threw the pillow on his stereo so hard that one of the subwoofers fell. His father heard it as he sat down on the bench again but he decided just not to make a big deal out of it. "Sorry about that. Go on, please," Randy instructed his student.

James was already awake but he chose not to go out of his room- not until the session was finished. But little did he know, Randy's student was scheduled to stay the whole day.
It was already lunch time and he was getting hungry. "What time is that woman leaving?" he sighed in dismay. A while after, his stomach growled. He was not taking it anymore, even if he did not want to hear the keys, he stepped out of his room and passed by the living room, the place where the two were having their lessons.
He saw the back of the long- haired girl. She was wearing a yellow dress and a red slim headband. "Where's dad?" he asked her without looking. He was wandering around to see where his father was but the girl continued playing.
"Stupid music," he whispered as he rolled his eyes.
He looked around and saw no one still. Then he thought that he might be in the kitchen, preparing lunch for the three of them. "Great," he wore a mischievous smile as he walked back to his room and got his favorite CD. And by favorite, he meant the loudest.
A few minutes later, he walked back to the living room and turned the stereo on. He put on the CD and put the volume in its highest.
"Let's see if you would be able to stand this kind of music," he smiled as he covered his ears. He knew that it was too loud but he went on. He was about to go to the kitchen but he realized that the girl did not even react.
He stopped and looked at her, still playing her music. "What the hell?" disappointed, he exclaimed.
"Is she trying to mock me?" a bit angry, he asked himself.
