CHARACTER BACKSTORY, When Sarai was younger, she already had an interest in why people committed crimes, what drove people to kill, steal, and hurt. She always knew she'd pursue something where she'd talk to and associate with criminals. She knew her mind was a little twisted, always getting called weird for obsessing over true crime documentaries, but she didn't mind, she was fascinated with it always. What she didn't know was that she was closer to a criminal than she believed; Her own father. While it was a difficult time for the family, it only compelled Sarai to do more research. She began analyzing every single part of her father's life, breaking down the smallest aspects. Her father was responsible for the murder of several, along with a ton of fraud, and she could not grasp how she hadn't picked up on it. She visited him frequently, and while it was mostly because she wanted to figure him out, it was also because she could not comprehend that her father was sitting in a jail cell, and above all that, he deserved it. It made no sense; her father was grown up in a happy family, ended up creating a happy one too, so why did he feel the need to do this? That's when young Sarai realized that some criminals were simply born sick and broken to begin with. After her epiphany, she never spoke or met with her father again.
CHARACTER PERSONALITY, A naturally emotional being, people wonder how she does the work she does, and the truth is, she drowns herself in her workload to avoid feeling. It broke her world and heart when her father was arrested and sentenced, but instead of crying, she resorted to analyze him, a habit she has become accustomed to. She understands not everyone likes to be analyzed, but she lives and breaths analyzation. In general, she's a sweet person, extremely easy to to talk. You'd end up confessing all your sins around her, whether you intend to or not. She has a way of touching even the most sick-minded people.
