If it was fear, then what could he possibly be afraid of? They never really talked about what they were scared of.

If it was an alter ego, then maybe this doppelganger will be the opposite of their resident cinnamon roll.

Then again, they also didn't know if Midoriya ever had some grudge on other people. Bakugo maybe?

Their topics were mostly heroics and were often positive. Who knew what's going on in that analytical brain of his?

All this were driving Icyhot crazy.

"Oh, thank you." Todoroki snapped back out of thinking, "Yes, it's a big help, sir. Is there anything else?"

"Not that I remember anything else. I'm out of juice, sorry. Anyways," The waiter stood up, stroking his apron, "My shift's about to start, sorry if I didn't help that much."

"No, thank you and sorry for bothering you." Todoroki reassured, also standing up, ready to leave. He still didn't stop thinking of possibilities.

Even if they finally knew more, they were still at a dead end. The waiter's answers were puzzling. A friend suddenly appearing out of nowhere? Does it have to do something with that then?

Does the friend know about this? Did the friend came from reality or is it a figment of his imagination? Overcoming his fear perhaps?

There were still unending questions that the waiter sadly can not answer. Suddenly his phone began chiming a ringtone.

"Uh, excuse me, I'll pick this up." Todoroki stated, taking his ringing phone out, "Huh? Uraraka?"

Bakugo paced back and forth at the kitchen, grumbling. "Stupid Half 'n Half, making me wait here for fuck's sake!"

Others where only staying on their positions, some staring as if they're spacing out of reality. The fact that they can't do anything angered them but then again, what can anger do to help?

"Have anyone seen Iida and Todoroki..?" Yaoyorozu asked everyone, though immediately regretting even saying a thing.

Jiro only shook her head before looking down on her coffee. They can only assume that they're in their rooms by now. The news about Midoriya would take a toll on them.

The only thing that probably broke the silence was the noise coming from the water heater.

"These fucking extras.. They're acting like that stupid Deku will die a shitty death with a gunshot..." Bakugo thought, pouring hot water to his tea so angrily it began overflowing. Some of the liquid slipped past him and dropped in feet.

"Shitty water!" He exclaimed, holding his own feet.

Kirishima noticed this and tried to calm him, he knows Midoriya's state is bothering the blonde, "C'mon Bakubro, trust Todoroki and Iida, they'll find some kind of way."

"Of course they have to! If that nerd dies, I'll fucking kill him." He murmured, cleaning up the splash of water.

"That doesn't make sense. You do know that's messed u--"

The room was filled with the different ringtones of each of their phones. Each took out their gadgets to see Uraraka calling everyone in their group chat.

Ashido picked up and asked, "Yo.. Ochaco? Aren't you visiting Midori?"

They could hear Uraraka's breath stopping with sobs, her camera wasn't on. Hearing that alarmed everyone in the room, gaining their attention, causing everyone else to immediately join the group call.

"Round face?! What's going on, fucking tell me!" Bakugo yelled at his phone.

There was a moment of silence, her voice felt so afraid.

"Deku.. He's.. He's getting colder.. It should've been a good thing.. since he was.. too hot a while ago-- but now.. He's colder than he should be..."

Kirishima shouted at the phone, his face was full of worry, "Is Midoriya alright though?!"

"H-he's a bit alright now.. but.." Her voice hitching at every word, "His eyes.. they're open.. and blood.. he's.."

"He's crying blood."
