Zuko and katara

Chapter two

*Katara*

I was laughing at something Sokka said when I noticed Zuko walk in.

I looked away and bit my lip.

Aang sat in the corner with a scowl on his face.

I felt bad , I really did but Aang was a lot younger then me , in more ways then one.

I got up "I'm kinda tired , see you guys tomorrow"

I left to my room leaving behind the chorus of "night katara"

I closed my door behind me and flawed down at my bed.

Three blue flowers lay there.

They were so beautiful , they almost glowed in the night.

I picked them up and put them on the side table.

Who would know were to find these?

Then I knew .
Zuko .

I lay down and as soon as I closed my eyes I dreamt of him.

*Zuko*

I watched as katara left the room.

"Hey Zuko" said Mai in her dull tone , coming in.

I nodded "what do you want" I asked her.

No one could hear our conversation because they were all in the other side of the room.

"Look Zuko I just came here to tell you that my family is being relocated to the earth kingdom for the cleanup , I volunteered for it and my family agreed so bye"

"Mai wait" I said

She turned back "what"

I stood up "Mai since it's kind of happening anyway I'm breaking up with you , have fun in the earth kingdom"

She looked angry , one of the few emotions that she showed "why Zuko , it's because of katara isn't it?"

I didn't answer and for a second she looked shocked then she walked away "bye Zuko" then she was gone.
