I just Cling to Kael and don't let go I surcome to the tears and break down further. Before long, Kael just picks me up and carries me into the castle and past the staring maids and nosy cooks to my room, where he sets me down on my bed. He then sits down on a chair next to my bed, grabs my hand and just holds it, giving me some space but at the same time being with me. It just all sinks in, the death of Tayna and Faraway, as well as the betrayal of my so called friends. I just sob until I get a headache. Then I calm down, knowing that I have become dehydrated. Soon, sleep is too hard to resist.
