ingredients :-
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons BP ( Baking Powder )
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
mix the first group in a mixer for 3 mins
- 1 and 1/2 cup of room temperature milk
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
mix the second group in a mixer very well with the first group
- 2 cups of brown flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
shift the third group and thin mix the third group with the first and second group that are mixed with a spoon
- 1 cup of finely grated carrots
last but not least, mix the grated carrot with the mixture that u made with a spoon and then when ur done mixing, put the mixture of the carrot cake in a greased pan and finally , heat in the oven under heat on 180 celius for 45 mins and above heat for 5 mins.
topping :
- 1 one jar of cream cheese
- 1/2 powdered sugar 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all the ingredients of the topping in the mixer and mix them well.
