Mix groans in pain and tries to open his eyes. The light on the ceiling blinding his eyes forcing him to close his eyes for a while. Then he opens his eyes slowly and what greets him is the white ceiling and the smell of medicine and antiseptic. Hospital. That is the only place that Mix can think when he recognize where he is right now. Mix looks around him and the first person that he sees is Win that is sitting on a chair beside his bed.
Win grins at him "Good morning sleepy beauty! How are you today?" Win cheerfully and loudly greets him.
Mix groans "Ahhh... Win slow down your voice, please. My head is killing me right now." Win scoffs "Tsk! Ungrateful brat. You should be grateful that I brought you to the hospital after you fainted because of overworks and...."
He smirks evilly "the fact that I still keep this as a secret from P'Earth because I know if he finds out about this, you're going to be dead meat, my friend!" he laughs evilly.
Mix widens his eyes and panic "Ai Win did you tell him?!"
Win scowls "Of course not! Are you crazy, if he knows then he will kill both you and me? He will kill you because you're stubborn while me he will kill because I didn't take good care of his little prince." Win stands and walks to the table beside his bed that has a basket of fruits and a vase of flowers. He picks an apple and bites on it happily.
Mix shakes his head a little bit "Little Prince my ass. He keeps treating me like a damn child. Can he just trust me." Mix whines. Win slaps his legs "Well I think it's wise of him to treat you like a child because you're a child. How did 24 years old adult need someone to take care of his food, drinks, and health. You're such a nuisance." Win mocks him. Mix tries to kick him but Win dodges him quickly while laughing. Meanwhile, Mix groans in pain when his headache becomes worse.
Win sighs and pushes him gently to the bed "Just take a rest you fool. You're still in a recovery process. Sleep may be your headache will be gone after you wake up." Win says softly. Mix smiles "Thank you friend" Win smiles back at him. Mix falls asleep after a few minutes. Win looks at Mix falling asleep, then sighs. Then, someone walks into the room, Win turns to look at the person. The man smiles at him, Win smiles back. "P'Bright."
Bright walks to him and ruffles his hair. Win whines while Bright just laughs "Did you disturb him, a nuisance? I told you right don't disturb him. "Bright scolds him.
Win whines "I did not disturb him. Anyway, how is he?" he asks Bright.
"He's okay. He will be fine in two days. I need to monitor his nutrition first then the swelling on his ankle. I can't understand how can he resist the pain like that." Bright says while looking at the sleeping Mix in front of them. Win scoffs "Well that's Mix for you. Anyway did you tell Earth about this?" he turns to Bright. Bright frowns "Yeah I told him just now. He's is on his way back tonight. I had a great time just now when he scolded me. "Bright whines at Win. Win laughs and pats his head "There, there pity you nah Dr Bright." Bright swats his hand. "Anyway let's go grab a lunch. Plus you're going back to the company right?" Bright asks Win. Win looks at his wristwatch "Ah that's right. Let's go." Both of them walk out of the room and heads to the cafeteria.
It had been three weeks since Earth and Mix meet. This is because of their hectic schedule, especially Earth that is the CEO of his own company. Earth needs to go to Hong Kong due to several problems that occurred at the Hong Kong branch of his company. Mix had been reluctant to let him go because since they are together, they never apart from each other more than two days. But Earth persuaded him and promised that he will settle the problems quickly then goes back to him. Mix had been busy himself and overwork himself to distract him from missing Earth. But then this happens.
Earth walks into the room quietly and looks at the sleeping man on the bed. He sighs and sits on the chair beside the bed. He holds Mix's hand and kisses it. Mix groans and wakes up, he looks at Earth and then sighs. Earth smiles and pats his hair
"What are you doing here P?" Mix asks him sleepily. Earth scowls at him "You need it should be my question you know. Why are you here, didn't I told you to take care of yourself?" Earth says softly.
Mix whines then pull Earth's arm and cuddle it "Don't be angry with me na... I just miss you that's why I forgot to take of myself." He mumbles cutely.
Earth laughs then kiss his head "Okay baby, I am not angry with you. I am just worried okay. Don't do this again." He puts his head close to Mix. Mix rubs his head to him slightly "Hug me, please. I miss you "Mix whines. Earth chuckles then stand to lay down on the bed beside Mix. Mix moves a little to give space to him even though he doesn't need to because that bed is big enough for both of them. When both of them have already lay beside each other, Mix snuggles himself to the warm embrace of Earth. Earth tightens his hug on Mix. Then both of them fall asleep in the warmth of each other arms. Well the scolding can be put aside first but what important now is Mix to recover his health, Earth thinks.
Mix gets out of the hospital after three days. In that three days, Earth comes to accompany him and makes sure that he follows everything that the doctor says (even when the said doctor is laughing at him and purposely making him have a hard life in the hospital). Earth becomes more protective and possessive of him. He doesn't even let him go to the toilet alone but then his horny ass always tries to take advantage of him.
"Are you ready to go home?" mix hears someone asks him. He turns to look at the person, Earth is standing at the door, wearing a black suit. He's obviously just finished his meetings and appointments, might feeling tired but he doesn't show it to Mix. Mix feels touched with that and the love that he has for Earth intensifies. Mix smiles "Hmm... I am ready to go home. Let's go back to our home." He says.
Earth smiles and takes his bag in one hand while in the hand is holding Mix's hand. Mix entwines their hand and kisses his lips. Earth shocks with that gesture "What is that for?" he asks. Mix shakes his head cutely "Nothing, just rewarding my handsome, kind, and loving boyfriend. " mix cutely says. Earth laughs then place a kiss on his cheeks.
