Has. RETURNED. If this wasn't true then all the legends would be fake. Say goodbye to Skyrim. Or everyone atleast thought. The dragon born was the only one who could stop him. "Save us dragon born!" People would say. Everyone prayed to the dragon born that he would save them all. "Dragons! They are attacking the village!" People would shout. But only death came. "Show mercy dragons!" People would yell. But it never happened. "Help! My house was destroyed and my baby is inside!" People would yell. Of course SOME babies lived. But others weren't lucky. "My poor poor baby.." people would cry. But nothing changed.
