Maika is a 17 year old blind girl with half a home and no family. She accidentally stumbles upon the Shinsengumi Fury corps and finds the furies. How will the men of honour deal with such kind of intrusion?
Firstly thank you very much for even considering to read this story, it's my first time publishing anything like this. I've written a few concepts before, but I never was able to continue with any of them, but I feel that this might be different, because I have a good start already from the existing story of Hakuouki. It's a fanfiction - meaning I don't have to follow the rules, I can make up stuff, but when there's a blank I can use the story. Also what really helps is that I save time with exposition since a lot of the characters are already introduced from the show. Don't read too much into the time line, I've moved the events of the past from winter to the summer of 1864.
Also it was quite hard for me to decide between Sano and Hajime who are my absolutely most favourite characters in all of Anime - I'm trying to write two versions, but probably they'll just collide into one where there are interactions with both captains I'm sorry for all the rest of the characters, I'll try to come up with something for the others too, but the character I made up in this story wouldn't suite well for any other guys. (In my opinion feel free to continue your own way and using my story as a basis)
Anyway, before this gets too boring I'm gonna finish the authors note here, I'm probably not gonna write them at the end of each story, only if it were important and I'd write it as a chapter so you can skip it if you want to, I understand that it's not why you are here.
