Right after the movie was done, he sat up, stretching out with a sigh as he wiped his tears with a chuckle, as he turned to look at Missy, then he looked around.

"Are you again sleeping with me tonight?" He asked quietly, because if he was brutally honest with himself he really did like cuddling The Master. It made him feel safer. But he wouldn't say that out loud.

Missy looked up at him, then stood up with a nod.

"Yeah." The Doctor heard her say, without any emotion in her voice. He pecked her cheek, their fingers lacing together gently as he ran his thumb over her knuckles to soothe her. She did look stressed. He figured it was about nightmares. The Doctor would try and make her better.

They both took slow steps towards The Doctor's bedroom, and as soon as they got there they both flopped on the bed in exhaustion. He changed into just boxers, and he curled into the sheets, while Missy was still wearing his old t-shirt. He wrapped an arm around her, gently tugging him closer to his chest.

"I still never understood why you left." She murmured against his chest.

Those words stabbed like knives in his heart. They hurt him just to hear The Master say it. He didn't really know how to explain it. Theta drew circles on her back soothingly, thinking.

"Koschei. I didn't want to leave you. Never think that. I left because... I was curious. You know. I wanted to go see the stars. Anything and everything you could see. I really did want to bring you with me... I was just worried that you would simply reject my offer without consideration." He says quietly, and every single part of it was true. No lies this time.

The Doctor felt Missy exhale and inhale deeply into his chest, which made him shudder.

"Theta-you know I wouldn't reject you. I would never... I think I love you too much. There's always collateral damage between us, yeah? It's our Paris." She murmured, reciting what she had said before, just slightly changed.

The Doctor grinned, the widest grin ever. He felt all giddy and fuzzy inside, and he pecked her head lightly.

"I love you too. I have for a long while... And I'm very glad you keep coming back to me, because honestly I think I literally couldn't live like this without you. You started this all for me. You taught me how to fly my TARDIS... I can't thank you enough." He whispered. "And I'm bringing you to Paris tomorrow." He added softly, cuddling into her as he felt her cuddle back.

"Mhmm. I'm lucky to have you, My Theta..." She pecked his cheek with a yawn. "Goodnight, dear." She murmured, her eyelids fluttering closed.

"Goodnight, Missy.." He whispered, his head resting on a pillow as he fell asleep cuddling her.
